| With the concept of healthy China and national health deeply rooted and continuously promoted,sports events are an important node to ease national conflicts and increase national cohesion in ethnic areas.In recent years,basketball events have become the typical sports items emerging in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture.Basketball events are promoting physical and mental health,global tourism and poverty alleviation in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture The construction of strong and harmonious ABA and the enrichment of spiritual and cultural life play an important role in sports.However,with the improvement of the level,quantity,number of participants,scale and competitive level of basketball games in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,there are also many adverse phenomena and problems in the development of basketball games There is a rising trend and serious phenomenon.If the conflict in the basketball match is not well managed,it will have a bad impact on the physical and mental health and social interpersonal relationship of the people in Aba Prefecture,which is not conducive to the social stability and national unity in ethnic areas,the development of the match,the construction of harmonious ABA and civilized society.According to the current situation of basketball games in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,video observation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate,analyze and study the causes of basketball game conflicts in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture.The results show that young people are the participants of basketball game conflicts in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture Mainly,the scope of the conflict has expanded,the situation has increased and the degree has become serious.The main forms of conflict are group pushing and fighting.The scale of punishment is improper,the way of punishment is simple,the object of punishment is unreasonable,and the result of punishment is not transparent.The characteristics of conflict are regional cultural differences,players' irritability and impulsivity,competition specificity,fierce competition and extensive management.The conflict is characterized by suddenness,concealment,expansion,retaliation,intention and spread.Commercial and professional basketball games have more conflicts than the masses.The numberof participants,the amount of bonus,the scale and level of the event are highly related to the conflict,etc.Based on the successful experiences and models at home and abroad,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1.Combined with the characteristics of ethnic regional environment in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,the comprehensive quality and cultural knowledge education of basketball population should be strengthened to improve the appreciation level of sports events.2.Strengthen the main body of coaches,athletes and referees to avoid conflicts,understand the rules,understand the essence of basketball games,understand the development trend and characteristics of basketball games,and strengthen the sense of identity of reasonable conflicts in the process of basketball games.3.In order to avoid the conflict effectively,we should improve the learning and education of basketball technical and tactical literacy,the enhancement of competition consciousness and the cultivation of competition rules.4.Cultivate the comprehensive quality of referees,and give consideration to fair judgment,national mood and national unity.5.Coordinate the closed and open management of the venues of the event organizers,set up safety isolation belts,and strengthen the management mechanism and level of safety control.6.The conflict of basketball match is included in laws and regulations,and the conflict of basketball match is effectively managed and avoided according to the legal basis.7.We will strengthen positive media publicity and reporting,and take into account national unity and the orderly conduct of the games.Combined with the causes of the conflict,this paper puts forward relevant governance measures to provide support and effective theoretical basis for the policy-making of the government and other competent departments,the governance of sports conflict and the management of sports events,so as to promote the construction of sports events in ethnic areas and give full play to the functional value of sports events. |
