healthy and rapid development —the normalized development of brand events with regional characteristics.The national fitness activities are increasingly rich,the competitive sports are steadily improving,and the sports infrastructure is continuously improving,which meets the growing fitness needs of the people,promotes the prosperity and development of economic benefits in ethnic areas,and the people of all ethnic groups share the fruitful achievements of reform and development.Through basketball events,promote Linxia sports tourism resources,enrich and expand the scale of basketball,to create government-led brand competition.In the development of sports in ethnic regions,the state fully supports the development of sports in ethnic regions in terms of manpower,material resources and policies.In the new era,the national government has launched the action of “ enriching the people and new frontier ” and supported the “ snow charcoal project ” of sports development in ethnic minority areas,which has a positive and significant impact on the rapid economic and social development in ethnic minority areas.In " 《Outline of Sport Reform and Development 2010-2015》," the State Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province as the research object,and takes relevant staff,audience,private entrepreneurs,athletes,referees and coaches in basketball games as the research objects.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper investigates and analyzes the basketball fever in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,and draws the following conclusions :(1)Linxia basketball has a long history of development and historical origin,through the initial stage-tortuous development stage-the new stage of development,this paper analyzes the new development stage in nearly a decade Linxia mass basketball,youth basketball athletic performance and basketball club number development after Lanzhou City has made unprecedented breakthrough,has reached the peak period of Linxia basketball.(2)Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture has a unique policy and national efforts to support the continuous basketball game,up to more than forty games in 19 years,enough to prove the enthusiasm of the region ’ s basketball,due to the commercial basketball game led to the involvement of some folk capital,the national invitation has been held to improve the technical level of local players,to a certain extent,also reflects the Linxia people love basketball degree and unique national style.(3)The reason for the popularity of Linxia basketball is that with the support of the government and private capital,we media,audience and other factors also influence it.The Internet era and we media era urge us to watch basketball games through online and offline channels,so that more people pay attention to Linxia basketball and the personal skills of athletes in the region,and we media have given local star players an independent venture fund platform.(4)Linxia basketball has a good mass base since ancient times,the township basketball game will see the wild mountain enthusiastic fans,town sports venues is necessary to reasonably guide and manage basketball fever,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Linxia basketball and become a cultural activity with social influence.
