The cultivation of talents cannot be separated from education,and the development of education cannot be separated from teachers.As the most important educational resource,teachers are responsible for promoting the balanced development of education and implementing comprehensive quality education.However,at present,there are many problems and obstacles in the construction of teachers in the compulsory education stage in the central and western regions.The current situation of lack of rural teachers,low level,heavy work and low treatment has not been effectively improved.A "short board" for development.At present,there are many theories on researching the balance of teaching staff.Most scholars focus their research on the perspective of social equity,and have made a lot of useful explorations on the balanced teaching staff in the dual urban and rural background.Rong County,Zigong City,is located in the west of Zigong City,Sichuan Province.There are 21 towns and 6 townships in Rong County.The development of education between towns is extremely unbalanced.The issue of equalization of teachers is of great reference value.This paper uses the theory of educational equity and equal opportunities,the theory of teacher team optimization,and the "two-factor" theory to analyze the current situation of the balance of teacher allocation in the less-developed western regions of China from the current situation of education management departments,school managers,and educators.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which have strong times and wide representativeness.Based on a questionnaire survey on the situation of students,teachers,and subjects in rural schools,this paper summarizes the current situation and causes of the imbalance in the allocation of teachers based on the in-depth understanding of the current situation of the allocation of teachers in Rong County’s rural compulsory education.Based on the theory of education equity and equal opportunities,the theory of teacher team optimization,and the "two-factor" theory,he put forward his own countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the balanced teacher allocation in the rural compulsory education stage of Rongxian County,so as to find a way to revitalize the "dongfeng" through the countryside Solve the problem of balanced teaching staff in rural areas to truly promote the overall balanced development of urban and rural education in the vast western region.
