In the teaching and training industry,teachers are an important indicator of the core competitive factors.With the change of the external environment and the development of the enterprise's own business,the existing salary system can no longer meet the needs of the enterprise.Although some local optimization work is done every year,only part of the problem has been solved.It is necessary to redesign the salary of teachers because the salary has a great impact on the motivation of staff and the achievement of the department's performance and strategy.In this context,this thesis firstly introduces the existing salary problems of teachers in the department of Education of the NW Education & Technology Group through the analysis of industry data and existing materials,interviews of teachers,questionnaire survey as well as other methods.Combined with relevant theories,this paper puts forward relevant solutions and suggestions on these problems,hoping to serve as a reference for teachers' salary redesign.Firstly,the literature and theory of salary system design are analyzed and discussed to provide theoretical basis for salary analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the existing salary system and points out the parts that need to be improved.Finally,the proper teacher salary system in line with the current situation should be put forward,improving the salary system according to the analysis.
