The competition in the 21st century is fundamentally talents competition. Salary incentive has now become one of the most important and most effective means for enterprises to attract and keep talents.This article is directed by the related theories about salary design, and analyses the present salary conditions of certain college logistics, and then redesigned the salary system of certain college logistics through compare, analytic, investigation and literature, which is most fair and incentive. Certain university logistics has kinds of people which have different salary and have no enthusiasm in the work. The new salary system involves these problems and work out. This salary system is more equity and more incentive.The paper includes six parts. The first part is the brief introduction to its backgrounds, meaning and content.The second part introduces the theories of the salary system design. It includes the salary concept, content, function and theories basis. The third part is the brief introduction to the certain university logistics. The forth part is the detail about the procedure of the salary system design. The fifth part gives a conclusion to the new salary system design. The sixth part is the conclusion and the foreground.This dissertation is a try which combines what I have learned to the real practice. I hope I can provide some useful ideas for the salary design of the college logistics.
