Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has make a spurt of progressof development. However, due to the relatively closed environment in universities,many management especially the development of salary management mode is backwardand unreasonable, which hinders the further development of the university. Collegesand universities undertake training talents, developing high technology and provide ahigh level of service of social tasks, plays a more and more important role in thedevelopment of the nation. The competitiveness of colleges and universities reflects acountry’s competitiveness and comprehensive strength. The strategic salary systemplays a vital role in the development of the potential of teachers, attracting talent, inorder to establish in high-quality teachers team and improving the competitiveness ofcolleges and Universities.This text based on the Shenyang SY school salary system as the research object,through literature research method,comparative analysis method, case analysis andsurvey analysis analyzed thoroughly Shenyang SY college salary system. There areseven chapters.This text mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign about salary system research status and the research ideas andresearch methods;Introduce the salary decision theory and equity theory,the meaningand the composition of salary;Through the introduction and comparison of domesticand foreign university salary system,to collect relevant data and lay a theoreticalfoundation for the design of the compensation system of Shenyang SY College;Through the analysis of design elements and indicators for the college salary system,design characteristics and organization and its industry is consistent with the salarymanagement system.Finally this text expounds the implementation conditions of thenew salary system and its effect evaluation.The main purpose of this study is throughthe example of Shenyang SY College analysis, find the existing problems of salarysystem, and put forward the corresponding reform suggestions, provide a referencework in salary management in order to Shenyang SY college and universities in china....
