Having a good and stable teaching staff is the key to maintaining the core competitiveness of private schools and promoting future development.The school’s salary management system is an important aspect related to the construction of the teaching staff.How to build a scientific salary system to maximize the positive impact of salary and make teachers feel fair and efficient is the top priority for schools to carry out human resource management.Currently,as an important component of the current education system,it is very important for private schools to establish a reasonable salary system,fully leverage the positive role of salary,make teachers feel fair and efficient,provide good welfare guarantees for teachers,and improve their work enthusiasm and creativity.F School is a private school,and its salary system has been highly concerned and discussed by school teachers.This article takes the salary system of F School as the research object,and analyzes it using methods such as literature research,survey questionnaires,and interview analysis.Guided by theories related to salary management such as fairness theory and comprehensive salary theory,it analyzes the current situation,problems,and reasons of F School’s salary system.It is found that F School has unreasonable salary structure,inadequate salary level with industry competitiveness,and incomplete performance evaluation mechanism There are five issues: incomplete welfare system,lack of long-term salary incentives and non economic salary incentives.Then,further suggestions were put forward for improving the salary system,including optimizing the salary structure,improving the salary level,improving the performance evaluation incentive mechanism,enhancing welfare benefits,enriching long-term salary incentives and non economic salary incentives,etc.Four guarantee measures were proposed,including publicity and training guarantees,organizational structure guarantees,communication and coordination guarantees,and inspection and supervision guarantees.Through this optimization of the salary system,the standardization and scientificity of F School’s salary system will be further improved,and it will also serve as a reference for the salary management of similar private schools. |
