the problem of freshmen's adaptability,most of the domestic colleges and universities currently use more measures to conduct a series of admission lectures and related adaptive training.These measures train students;on the other hand,it is related to freshmen who are adapting.The new environment did not give play to its subjective initiative,and the colleges and universities pay little attention to the issue of adaptation.Based on the case study and case study methods involved in the actual work,this paper finds that the case study method can be used to solve the new students' actual problems in a targeted manner so that they can integrate into the role as soon as possible and adapt to the new environment as soon as possible.In addition,this article also finds practical problems such as low efficiency while applying individual social work methods.It is not difficult to find after thinking about it.If new students have the same problems that lead to poor admissions,other methods such as group work methods can also be introduced.Work creatively.Integrating social work into the adaptation problems of college freshmen,highlighting the unique strengths of social work values,methods,and skills,which can make up for the lack of existing ways to deal with the adaptation problems of freshmen and give them the adaptability to college freshmen The problem opens a new path.In addition,many
