Practical Research On The Application Of School Social Work Method To Freshmen's Learning Adaptability

Recently,our country has given great support to higher educational school in terms of funds,resources and policies,etc.Higher education has developed rapidly and the teaching scale has been continuously expanded,the most obvious manifestation of which is the doubling of the number of college students.Under this new background,the study and life of college students have undergone new changes,especially the freshmen's learning adaptation directly affects the effect of college education.Due to the rapid growth of college students,freshmen have different adaptability problems in adapting to college life,especially in learning.Counselors play an important role among college students and an important bridge between college management and student activities.Their work runs through the whole process of college education for students and plays an important role in realizing the goals of college teaching and education.Under this background,this essay hopes to explore counselors' involvement in college learning adaptability from the perspective of school social work,so as to promote the innovation of counselors' work mode.Whether freshmen can make better use of college life is the key to the success of college education.In this paper,two research questions are proposed based on the collation and analysis of existing literature.First,what aspects of freshmen's learning adaptability work should be carried out by the counselor,how receptive the counselor is to the school's social work,and what work difficulties are there at present?Second,promote counselors to carry out freshmen's learning adaptability work in the basic paradigm of school social work,and establish the basic path for school social work methods to enter the work of counselors.Taking these two research questions as the main line,the author takes S University as an example,use the questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of counselors' response to freshmen's learning adaptability problems,and analyzes the current work dilemma.By using the method of case work and group work in S University to carry out the specific work of freshmen's learning adaptability,the author analyzes and summarizes the practical results.Through analysis,it is concluded that instructors can use the way of schoolsocial work perspective,new learning adaptability problem is effectively alleviate and solve,and try to establish the counselor to school social work perspective to cope with the new learning adaptability problem of work mode,promote the school social work into the counselor may other work in the field of practice.
