Test anxiety refers to a series of abnormal physiological and psychological phenomena caused by high test pressure.It is an emotional state characterized by worry,tension or worry.Under the current education system,students’ test anxiety has become a common social phenomenon.Relevant research shows that appropriate anxiety has a certain positive role,can effectively promote the normal level of play,but excessive anxiety will reduce learning efficiency,affect students’ learning life and physical and mental health.Especially in recent years,due to the great educational environment has not changed,the college entrance examination system has not been reformed,coupled with parents,schools,social and other factors,the test pressure faced by teenagers is growing,and the test anxiety problem faced by middle school students is more and more prominent.In this study,junior high school students are taken as the research object,and the mixed research methods such as literature analysis,related anxiety measurement scale and in-depth interview are used to analyze the current situation and influence of junior high school students’ anxiety from the empirical research level.This paper puts forward the problems that need to be solved at present,and on this basis,it uses group social work to intervene,discusses the intervention effect of social work to intervene in the examination anxiety of junior high school students,explores the intervention mode of reducing examination anxiety,and provides theoretical basis and practical support for school education management.The text is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the application research background and significance of group work intervention in junior high school students’ test anxiety,specifically describes the research objectives and contents,as well as the theoretical basis,research design and implementation,which provides a detailed research idea for this study.The second chapter is literature review.This chapter mainly summarizes and combs the relevant literature of this study,defines the core concepts of this study,collates the research results of relevant issues at home and abroad,and reviews the relevant literature.The third chapter is the description and analysis of test anxiety of junior high school students in W middle school.The survey of test anxiety mainly uses the method of questionnaire and interview to measure the level of test anxiety of students through the test anxiety scale;and the unstructured interview of teachers,students and parents to analyze the needs of students.How to effectively alleviate the test anxiety of students is the focus of this paper,and the description of this chapter provides support for the follow-up work.The fourth chapter is the design of group work and the process of intervention.It is mainly divided into group preparation,group activity development and group activity effectiveness evaluation.The preliminary preparation includes the determination of group objectives and group activity preparation.The group activity is carried out in six thematic activities,which are "Hello,test anxiety","I want to say to you","my learning tips","time planning experts","my emotions are up to me "And "goodbye,test anxiety.".Group activity effectiveness evaluation found that the group members have obvious behavior changes and psychological changes,and get the support and recognition of the head teacher,the short-term effect is not obvious,but the comprehensive evaluation found that the group work has a certain effect to alleviate the test anxiety of junior high school students.The fifth chapter is summary and reflection.There are four main points to summarize this study:group work provides new solutions for junior high school students to alleviate test anxiety,promotes the improvement of practical skills of junior high school students’ test anxiety,provides direction for the development of school social work,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for junior high school students to alleviate test anxiety.There are three main reflections:first,the lack of practical intervention skills;second,the relatively short group time;third,the applicability of research results to be verified.According to this study,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of students’ test anxiety from the perspectives of individual,school,family and society.
