With the continuous development of higher education in China,and the expansion of enrollment in various universities,the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year in recent years,and the whole graduate group will face greater employment competition.The graduate students of social work major,due to the low social recognition of the major and the increasingly severe employment situation,exert invisible pressure on the graduate students of social work major.Too much employment pressure causes some graduate students to have Employment anxiety,which affects their study and life.This problem has attracted the attention of all walks of life.From the perspective of social work,this paper uses the group work method of development mode to intervene the Employment Anxiety of social work Postgraduates by carrying out corresponding group activities.The purpose is to meet the needs of the service objects,and at the same time,hope that the service objects can enhance their self-confidence through group activities,get self-growth,no longer feel anxiety in the face of employment problems,and finally ease the service Object:the current situation of Employment anxiety.Based on the cognitive therapy theory,group dynamics theory and social support theory,and the basic principle of helping people to help themselves,this paper provides professional services for the group members by using the method of group work.On this basis,it makes a practical research on alleviating the Employment Anxiety of social work graduates.First of all,this paper makes a self-assessment and interview survey on the Employment Anxiety of the social work postgraduates to understand the specific problems of the employment faced by the social work postgraduates,and the overall design of this study.Secondly,according to the actual situation and needs of the team members to determine the objectives of the group work,design a feasible group activity plan.Then through the three stages of group activity,namely,the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage,six group activities were carried out to help the group members establish correct self-awareness to face the Employment anxiety directly,clarify their own employment direction to improve their employment self-confidence,and gradually overcome the Employment anxiety through mutual learning and experience sharing.Then,the author evaluates the pre-test and post test results of the self-assessment scale of Employment Anxiety of the group members,and the satisfaction of the group members with the group activities.The author concludes that after the continuous intervention of the group work,the anxiety level of the group members is significantly reduced,which shows that the group work can effectively alleviate the Employment Anxiety of the social engineering graduate students.At the end of the article,the author puts forward the following enlightenment for the similar activities in the future: first,to continuously improve the professional quality of social workers;second,to establish a perfect service mechanism;third,to enrich the way of social work intervention. |
