Professional development ability is an important part of students’ future career development,and it is the basic requirement for talent quality in the 21st century.The 21st century is an era of"borderless career" and life-long learning.On the one hand,due to the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid improvement of economic levels,it is emphasized that professionals must have cross-professional skills;on the other hand,because of knowledge and technology Factors such as fast updates and short cycles force individuals to continuously learn to improve their knowledge and skills to meet professional needs.For this reason,it is required that the skilled personnel cultivated by education must have professional development capabilities.Only in this way can the talents cultivated by vocational education fully meet the needs of social development and not be eliminated by the society.In China’s secondary vocational education,in order to further distinguish the differences between secondary vocational students and ordinary secondary education,the importance of practical and technical education in secondary vocational education is particularly emphasized,but the training of professional development ability of secondary vocational students is neglected.As a result,secondary vocational school students often show that their theoretical knowledge and professional skills are disconnected,and they lack comprehensive vocational skills,which is difficult to fully meet the needs of society for new types of skilled personnel.Therefore,strengthening professional development ability is an important guarantee for adapting to the cultivation of qualified new-century citizens and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Studying the problem of professional development ability training for secondary vocational students will effectively improve the training level of secondary vocational students in our country and meet the socio-economic development of our country.The demand for human resources is of great significance to promote the rapid development of our society and economy.The purpose of this study is to study students in pre-vocational education majors in secondary vocational education.The purpose of this study is to explore ways to cultivate professional development ability of pre-vocational education students in secondary vocational education.Empirical research combined with normative analysis,using literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires,etc.Research on the issue of professional development ability training for students majoring in education,study the current situation of professional development ability of pre-school education students in secondary vocational education,and analyze and find out the problems and reasons for the development of professional development ability of pre-school education students in secondary vocational education.The training approach proposes effective measures to provide effective reference for improving the quality of preschool education talents training in secondary vocational schools.Specifically,the main contents of this study include the following six parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly discusses the reasons for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the literature review,the research design,the definition of the concept,and the innovation.Through the literature review,it analyzes the current research on the concepts and training paths of professional development capabilities by domestic and foreign scholars,and lays the theory for the content in the following basis.The second part is the basic theory.It is mainly composed of two parts.The first part mainly analyzes the concept and constituent elements of professional development ability.The second part is based on the speciality of preschool education major and refers to the professional development ability of preschool education students with reference to the "Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standard".And constituent elements for further analysis,the third part is the theoretical model analysis of professional development ability formation.The third part is investigation and analysis.The questionnaire survey and interviews are used to analyze the status quo of the professional development ability of preschool education students in a vocational school.They are divided into student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires.The contents mainly include:students,teachers’ basic situation,professional development ability training status,Influencing factors and choice of cultivation methods.The survey results show that the professional development ability of students needs to be improved.The fourth part is the analysis of the problem of the professional development ability of pre-school education students in secondary vocational education.Insufficient students’ ability,curriculum design lacks the ability to cultivate professional development ability,and lacks effective training methods.The fifth part is the analysis of the reasons for the professional development ability of pre-school education students.The first is the lack of students’ career planning education and self-development awareness;the second is the lack of advanced concept guidance in curriculum setting,neglecting the development of professional development ability,and the lack of effective implementation systems。The sixth part is the countermeasures for the professional development ability training of pre-school education students in secondary vocational schools.This chapter proposes effective countermeasures from the aspects of improving students’ ability,optimizing curriculum setting,and rationally optimizing training objectives,and uses some advanced education methods such as modular curriculum,infiltration teaching method,and "full practice" education concept.
