| China’s education modernization 2035,the latest document issued by the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council,clearly states that education should "put morality first and develop in an all-round way".The relevant documents issued by the state in recent years also emphasize for many times that vocational colleges and universities should put moral education in the first place and insist on cultivating moral talents.However,at present,most secondary vocational schools in China regard the cultivation of students’ technical skills as the focus of education,and pay relatively little attention to vocational ethics education,which not only affects the development of preschool education in China,but also hinders the comprehensive and sustainable development of students.In addition,China’s preschool education industry is now in the critical stage of "increasing the quantity,expanding the scale,improving the quality and improving the level".To train a group of qualified preschool education workers is an important guarantee to improve the quality of preschool education development.So,it is urgent to strengthen the vocational ethics education and improve the professional ethics quality of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools.By combing relevant policy documents and literatures,this study clarifies the content of vocational ethics education for preschool education major in secondary vocational schools and establishes relevant theoretical basis.Through questionnaires and interviews with some teachers and students of six secondary vocational schools and some employers who cooperate with the school in education,the author learned about the current situation of vocational ethics of students majoring in pre-vocational education,summarized the advantages and problems existing in current vocational ethics education,and then analyzed the reasons and proposed solutions.The study holds that there is still a long way to go in the professional ethics education of preschool education major students in secondary vocational schools in China.In particular,more attention should be paid to the cultivation of professional ethics behaviors.It requires the joint efforts of all educational subjects to improve the professional ethics quality of students and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development ofThe main contents of this study are: The introduction first introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,defines the three core concepts of secondary vocational schools,preschool education and professional ethics education,and briefly reviews the existing domestic and foreign relevant literature.The theoretical basis part mainly from émile Durkheim’s thought of occupational ethics,Kerschensteiner Georg’s thought of occupational education ethics,Ye Shengtao’s thought of teacher’s occupational ethics,Zhang Xuemen’s thought of practice of occupational ethics for the theoretical basis of this study.The status quo and problem analysis are divided into four parts.The first part clarifies the purpose,object and content of the investigation;The second part summarizes the current situation of students’ professional ethics,including: clear understanding of the importance of learning,low consciousness of learning,the contrast between cognition and behavior of basic professional ethics quality,and the improvement of cognition and behavior of professional ethics quality.The third part analyzes the problems existing in the current vocational ethics education,including the lack of cooperation among the educational subjects and the problems in the process of school education.The fourth part analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the current problems based on the first two parts,mainly from the perspective of students,schools,students’ families and employers.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from four aspects,such as setting up a professional ethics education environment,cultivating students’ cognition of professional ethics norms,strengthening the cultivation of professional ethics behaviors and improving the teaching staff. |
