With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the country pays more and more attention to vocational education,and the degree of attention to preschool education is gradually increasing.At the same time,with the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy,the market’s demand for preschool teachers continues to expand.The state has promulgated the "Professional Standards for Preschool Teachers"(for trial implementation),with a view to enhancing the professional abilities of preschool teachers and further promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.As an important force in cultivating kindergarten teachers,higher normal colleges still have many shortcomings in the vocational ability training of preschool education students.It is very important how to train the students’ professional ability systematically.This research uses the literature method,questionnaire method,and interview method to investigate the current situation of the professional ability training of preschool education majors in H Normal College,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and proposes corresponding strategies.Provide reference for the training of professional ability of college students.The survey found that the quality of professional ability training of H Normal College students is not optimistic.The main problems are:(1)The training goal is not clear and the guidance is not strong;(2)The curriculum is unreasonable and has no effect on the training of students’ professional ability.(3)The training conditions are limited and there are not many practical opportunities;(4)The level of teachers needs to be improved;(5)The evaluation system of students’ professional ability is not sound.The main reasons are as follows:(1)The school does not have a comprehensive understanding of the professional abilities of preschool education students;(2)The formulation of professional talent training programs is not standardized;(3)The training of students’ practical ability is not paid enough;(4))Students have a deviation in the understanding of the professional ability of preschool teachers;(5)The assessment method is single and the requirements for students are not high.In response to the above reasons,this study puts forward strategies and thoughts on improving the professional ability training of preschool education students from four aspects: the holistic education environment,schools,teachers,and students.The society should pay attention to the cultivation of five-year preschool education students,and further Strengthen supervision and management;enhance the social status of preschool teachers and enhance professional attractiveness.Schools should formulate training goals with vocational competence as the core;set up a curriculum system that highlights vocational competence training;build a training room with preschool education characteristics;construct a student’s professional competence evaluation system.Teachers should strengthen the research of professional talent training programs;attach importance to the training of students’ professional ability;innovate teaching models and improve teaching quality.Students should establish a firm willingness to teach,love education,and attach importance to personal professional ability training.
