A Study On The Cultivation Of Professional Ability Of Vocational Students In Secondary Vocational Training

After investigating the demand of broadcasting and hosting professionals in the relevant enterprises or industries,this paper will analyze the structure of vocational core competence of secondary vocational broadcasting and hosting students,and then investigate and analyze the present situation of training professional core competence of broadcasting and hosting professional students in secondary vocational schools,analyze the causes of the problems,and then put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the training of professional core competence of broadcasting and hosting professional students in secondary vocational schools,including five parts.The first part is the introduction of the full text,the research background,research purpose and significance,literature review and research content and methods.The second part is an overview of career core competencies.On the one hand,by looking up the literature to understand the current definition of professional core competence in academic circles at home and abroad,on the other hand,according to the relevant industry,enterprises to broadcast and host professional core competence requirements,the final determination of secondary vocational colleges for broadcasting and hosting students should have the structure of professional core competence.The third part first carries on the reliability validity and the average value test to the questionnaire,then uses me to some secondary vocational colleges to do the questionnaire On the basis of the investigation,this paper expounds the present situation of the training of professional core competence of broadcasting and hosting students,mainly from the aspects of students’ satisfaction with the curriculum,the present situation of school teaching and so on,and finally analyzes the results of teachers’ interviews with secondary vocational broadcasting and hosting majors.In the fourth part,aiming at the problems existing in the training of professional core competence of secondary vocational broadcasting and hosting students,this paper expounds the two aspects of school and students,and then analyzes the reasons for the lack of students’ ability.The fifth part is to explore the practice of professional core competence training of secondary vocational students in broadcasting and hosting,mainly from the following five aspects: clear industry skills standards,set up evaluation Price standard system;raise social awareness,strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises;set up professional courses scientifically,optimizeteaching methods and methods;train "double-qualified" teachers,improve teachers’ teaching ability and teaching level;improve students’ ability to learn independently and make clear the direction of career development.
