In the background of the rapid development of the national economy and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,our country pays more and more attention to the cultivation of professional practical ability of vocational students.Many secondary vocational schools have implemented many measures to cultivate students ’professional practical ability,but the level of students’ professional practical ability still needs to be improved.It is of great significance to establish professional practice ability training path system,analyze the effectiveness of each training path and propose corresponding countermeasures for training paths with poor training effect to improve students’ professional practice ability.This paper is based on the theory of competence-based education theory,system theory and education measurement theory,and takes the training path of professional practical ability of students in the construction engineering construction of vocational schools as the research object,uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative method to conduct research.By referring to relevant literature,teaching standards and personnel training programs,the training path system of professional practical ability of the student majoring in engineering construction in the secondary vocational school was established.And then this paper uses the structural equation model to establish the expected effect model and implementation result model.Teachers and students have been conducted a survey about the current status of professional practice ability training,and the expected effect path coefficient and the implementation result path coefficient were calculated by using the survey data.Based on the path coefficient,the effectiveness analysis of the four training paths for professional practical ability was conducted and it comes to the conclusion on the basis of the difference of path coefficient: professional training is the path with the worst training effect,followed by comprehensive practice,classroom practice teaching,and enterprise practice is the path with better training effect.Among them,the operation skills training of reinforcement and formwork construction is the weakness of professional training,the training of construction drawing recognition ability is the weakness of comprehensive practice,the training of construction technology and organization is the weakness of classroom practice teaching,and the training of awareness of the whole process of construction engineering is the weakness of enterprise practice.In order to improve the training effect of the training path,this paper combines with the path problems reflected by the teachers and students in the interview results,and proposes the targeted countermeasures for professional training,comprehensive practice,classroom practice teaching and enterprise practice. |
