At present,the secondary level of pre-school education has assumed half of the pre-school training for preschool teachers.As a future kindergarten teacher,students' demeanor,behavioral habits and learning habits not only have an important influence on their own learning,but also for future career It plays an important role.In this study,we found that the behavioral norms of post-secondary education students in vocational schools have a considerable distance from the job requirements.We have found that this is related to the reasons behind the serious problems in the behavioral habits of secondary vocational students.The importance of the behavior of students and the way to develop education is inseparable,most of the current vocational education management has not yet formed a scientific management ecology,school-enterprise cooperation in depth.In order to improve the quality of pre-school students and meet the development needs of preschool education,this study will refine the professional habits of pre-school education from language habits,living habits,learning habits,thinking habits and emotional habits of five aspects of the fine,The content of the habit of education to fully implement the various aspects of student life,from the teaching management,student management,teaching reform and environmental construction,to develop secondary vocational school students to develop good professional habits,the initial construction of the teaching management,Student management,teaching reform and environmental construction of the four-in-one framework system.
