| Preschool education is an enlightenment education in life,which lays a good foundation for the development of human life.Preschool teachers are an important factor in preschool education.With the promulgation of policies and regulations such as "Some Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Standardized Development of Preschool Education",the training of preschool teachers has received much attention.In the training stage of preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools,there are still many problems such as imbalance between male and female students and weak sense of belonging among students,which lead to high wastage rate of preschool teachers.This study focuses on the theme of employability of secondary vocational pre-school education students,which aims to enhance the employability of students in school education and enable students to acquire,retain and do a good job after studying.This paper is based on the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and adopts the research paradigm of quality combination to explore the employability of pre-school education major students in secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis of 974 valid questionnaires by SPSS 20.0,it is found that the proportion of male and female students in pre-school education major in secondary vocational schools is out of balance,the employability level of grade one students is lower than that of grade three students,the employability level of students in Pearl River Delta region is higher than that of students in other regions,they have community experience,student cadre experience,rich internship experience,strong employment confidence,and the employability level of students whose parents are highly educated is significantly higher than that of other students.According to the research,the overall score of students’ employability is higher in all dimensions,and the development of all dimensions presents a gradient of professional ability;career planning ability;general ability;self-improvement ability;social integration ability.Using a self-made semi-structured interview outline,15 subjects were interviewed in depth.It can be learned that in the dimension of social integration ability,most people are lively and generous and like to be close to children.On the dimension of professional ability,the interest in practical courses is rather strong,while the interest in theoretical courses is not strong.On the dimension of general ability,the consciousness of serving children is strong,and they have the ability of teaching and nursing.On the ability of career planning,the sense of belonging to the profession is not strong,and the professional will to engage in kindergarten teachers is low.In terms of self-improvement ability,active learning ability is weak and learning channel is single.According to USEM model,questionnaire survey and interview research results,this paper constructs the employability model of vocational pre-school education major students.Starting from improving the employability of secondary vocational pre-school education major students,this paper puts forward the idea of updating the employability of pre-school education major students.Reasonable orientation of training objectives and training of students’ employability;To stabilize professional affection and stimulate students’ professional identity;Broaden the ways to cultivate employability and enhance students’ employability;Specific strategies to improve the evaluation of employability and improve the employability of students. |
