Public Health Emergencies Government Press Release Study

Since the SARS event in 2003,public health emergencies have come into the view of the media and the public,and the government news release in public health emergencies has been continuously developed and improved since 2003.COVID and2020-19 outbreak a public health emergency on a new challenge to our government news release,how the development of the accumulated experience for many years,what other improvements are worthy of in-depth study,and along with the advancement of modernization of national governance,the government's ability to press more and more become an important part of government governance ability.Based on the above background,this paper takes 100 press conferences on epidemic prevention and control in Beijing as examples to study the government press releases in public health emergencies.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the domestic and foreign research results and current situation of government news release of public health emergencies,and summarizes the research content,research methods and innovations.Secondly,the main concepts and theoretical basis involved are expounded in the second chapter.In the third chapter,this paper sorts out the changes of government news release of public health emergencies in China,and puts forward the challenges of government agenda,media agenda and public agenda faced by government news release of public health emergencies in the current social background.This article in the fourth chapter of the new champions league during the outbreak of Beijing press conference before the 100 epidemic prevention and control are studied,firstly the basic situation of epidemic prevention and control of Beijing press conference content analysis and data statistics,secondly combining the basic situation summarizes three characteristics of epidemic prevention and control of Beijing news conference,the last of the epidemic prevention and control of Beijing news release is proposed in this paper are the top of the design still need to consolidate,push the press process is still inadequate,and news release in the body of the three big problems.Finally,the author from perfecting government news release related system construction,promote the construction of news release process,and the main body level promotes government news release ability three aspects,a total of nine Suggestions were put forward,for our country public health emergency in the ability of the government press release put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions,also for improving the capacity of government press releases from the governance level provides a direction.
