| At the beginning of 2020,the sudden epidemic of Covid-19 swept across China.Under the leadership of the Party and the country,the people of the whole country quickly threw themselves into this invisible war.During the period of fighting against the epidemic,due to its characteristics of immediacy,convenience and openness,government microblog has played an irreplaceable role in responding to emergencies,guiding public opinion and mobilizing social forces,and has become an important information release platform for the government to deal with emergencies.With the gradual enhancement of the government’s network awareness of political inquiry and the increasingly mature development of government microblog,local government microblog,as an emerging group,has spread all over the country.Local government microblog has added new impetus for local governments to improve social management and service quality.At the same time,there are also many problems that need to be improved.In this paper,the local government microblog of Liaoning Province was taken as the research subject,and the epidemic reports during the Covid-19 epidemic period were taken as the research object.Combined with the crisis life cycle theory,the content analysis method was used to analyze the characteristics of the information release content and performance of the local government microblog of Liaoning Province in the whole development process of the epidemic.The study found that the local government microblog of Liaoning Province created a positive social atmosphere of national anti-epidemic in the Covid-19 epidemic event,manifested humanistic care,relieved the public’s nervousness,and promptly and effectively suppressed the rumor spread.But at the same time,there are also shortcomings,such as limited communication interaction influence,linkage and coordination mechanism is not perfect,the form of news release is not rich.In view of the deficiencies,this paper puts forward some reference suggestions for the operation and construction of the local government microblog in Liaoning Province,such as improving the interaction awareness of government microblogs,coordinating the network emergency warning mechanism,enhancing the people-friendly atmosphere of government microblogs,and always adhering to people-oriented thinking,etc.Providing important reference and reference for promoting the local government’s new media communication practice and the construction of the governance system. |
