After the outbreak of COVID-19,the country and even the world have been continuously concerned and influenced,and the epidemic has also brought many serious consequences to People.As the epidemic prevention and control work continues to advance,public security organs at all levels should actively reflect on the problems existing in the intervention of epidemic prevention and control.Especially in the post-epidemic era,it is particularly important to prepare for danger in times of peace,to explore and build a major epidemic prevention and control mechanism and system with the orientation of collaborative governance,and to deal with the sealing and control of public security organs in order to prevent and control similar emergencies in the future.Public security organs play an extremely important role in the process of epidemic prevention and control events.However,for the academic community,the basic research on epidemic prevention and control is far from enough,and the research on sudden public events under epidemic prevention and control is lack of theoretical and systematic.Therefore,by studying and analyzing the micro theories of emergency police power and collaborative prevention and control in C City: passive cooperation with health administration departments to carry out epidemic prevention and control work;Insufficient cooperation between government information disclosure and public opinion emergency response by public security organs;The lack of industrial and commercial administration leads to the waste of police resources;The reasons are mainly due to the inadequate preparation of emergency response plan,including unclear provisions on the subject of early warning information release;Lack of specific cooperation norms for seal control;The awareness of
