Research On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Xigang District, Dalian City

In recent years,China has focused on building a modern public cultural service system.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)takes "people's yearning for a better life" as the national goal,and public cultural service is an important guarantee for a better life.It is of great significance to study the supply of public cultural services.In this context,this study in Xigang district in Dalian as an example,through the methods of literature study,social investigation,analysis of data on the public product theory,new public service theory and polycentric governance theory as the theoretical basis,according to the theory of carding,realistic analysis,in-depth development experience for reference,the thinking of innovation research of Dalian Xigang district public cultural services supply research,provide Suggestions for further development countermeasure.This study is divided into eight parts.The first part elaborates the research background,significance,research content,research methods and ideas.The second part expounds the concept of public cultural service supply,and makes a theoretical analysis of public cultural service supply,laying a foundation for future research.The third part analyzes the current situation,overall situation and characteristics of public cultural service supply in Xigang District of Dalian.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of public cultural service supply in Xigang District of Dalian city through questionnaire and interview.The fifth part finds the main problems in the supply of public cultural services in Xigang District of Dalian: poor supply effect,weak precision,lack of necessary communication,lack of professional talent team.The reasons for the problems lie in the separation from the public cultural vision,the neglect of the differences in demand,the inadequate construction of information platform and the lack of professionalism of the talent team.The sixth part mainly analyzes the successful cases of advanced experience in the supply of public cultural services in China,explores valuable experience measures,and provides reference for improving the supply of public cultural services in Xigang District,Dalian.The seventh part comprehensively puts forward the innovative measures of public cultural service supply in Xigang District of Dalian,innovates the supply mode,strengthens the precision of supply,builds the brand of supply cultural service,and enhances the operation guarantee.The eighth part summarizes the research conclusion,puts forward the insufficiency and the future research prospect.
