Research On Supply Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Cultural Service In Yandu District

Promoting and strengthening the supply of public cultural services is an important measure to protect citizens’ basic cultural rights and interests,carry forward good social customs,meet the spiritual pursuit of the masses,promote the well-being of the public,and then promote rapid economic growth and promote the harmonious development of society.Based on this background,this thesis analyzes and studies the problems and countermeasures of the supply of public cultural services in Yandu District by using the methods of literature analysis and interview.This thesis carries out the research according to the idea of "raising the problem-analyzing the cause-solving the problem".This thesis expounds the current situation of the supply and demand of public cultural services in Yandu District,puts forward the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems combined with relevant theories.After that,draw lessons from the practical experience of advanced areas in the supply of public cultural services at home and abroad,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the analysis of the supply side,demand side and supply products of public cultural services in Yandu District,this thesis expounds the present situation of the supply and demand of public cultural services in Yandu District.It also puts forward the problems of insufficient supply-side supply capacity,low demand-side object participation and the decoupling of supply products from public demand.Through an in-depth analysis of the existing problems,it is found that the main reasons for the problems in the supply of public cultural services in Yandu District are that the ideological understanding of all parties is not in place,the participation channels of all parties are not rich,the input of propaganda and talent elements are not in place,and the supervision and management assessment is not in place.By analyzing the supply practice of public cultural services in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou,Pudong New area of Shanghai,Yuzhong District of Chongqing,Yokohama of Japan and London of England,this thesis summarizes the experience and enlightenment of multiple subjects participating in the supply of public cultural services,broadening the funding channels of public cultural services,optimizing the supply mode of public cultural services and enriching the content of public cultural services.It has strong reference significance and reference significance for improving the supply level of public cultural services in Yandu District.Finally,according to the problems and causes in the supply of public cultural services in Yandu District,this thesis comprehensively uses the new public service theory,public governance theory and public goods theory,combined with the practical experience and enlightenment of the supply of advanced areas,and proposes to change the concept,raise awareness,build a solid ideological foundation of all parties,broaden channels,enhance docking,enrich the content of cultural services,train talents,strengthen propaganda,and promote the realization of effective supply.Countermeasures and suggestions to optimize management,refine assessment and improve the quality of service supply.While realizing the high-quality supply of public cultural services in Yandu District,it is expected to be helpful to the development and revitalization of the supply of public cultural services in other similar cities.
