| Objective: acute closed soft tissue injury is a common orthopedic disease,mainly for the local pain,swelling and dysfunction with ecchymosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and rich experience in the treatment of soft tissue injury,and Chinese medicine topical therapy is the most distinctive and effective method,which is one of the most commonly used therapies in TCM orthopedics department.Erhuang new injury ointment is a typical new injury pain ointment in treating acute soft tissue injury in our hospital's Department of Traumatology in traditional Chinese medicine drugs,clinical use for many years,the curative effect is remarkable,but the occasional allergic reaction.While the Erhuang new injury cream gel is a new dosage form on the basis of research and development,early discovery and application of traditional dosage form of clinical efficacy,but people allergic to greatly reduce the number of easy to use and easy to carry.This paper intends to establish Erhuang new injury cream gel in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury of rat model,to detect the effect of drugs on the pathological muscle tissue TNF-gene expression and histological changes,observe the drug of two kinds of old and new forms of efficacy,provide a reference for the development and application of new drugs,the treatment of soft tissue injury improved dosage form.Methods: 95 clean grade healthy SD rats were selected(90 experiments,half male and male,5 spare),2 month old,weight 190 + 10 g,and 1 weeks after adaptive feeding,randomly divided into 5 groups,18 in each group.9 females and 9 males.Group A(blank group): only 1% pentobarbital anesthesia,no mold and no medication.Group B(model control group): no drugs were used after model building;group C(two yellow new wound Gel Cream group): left hind limbs were treated with two yellow new wound gel ointment after model building;group D(second Huang Xin hurt analgesic ointment group): the left hind limbs were treated with two yellow new wound ointments in the left hind limb;group E(Yunnan white ointment group): left hind limbs using Yunnan white after model building The ointment was treated.At the time of 1st day,4th day and 7th day,the expression of TNF-alpha gene in the newly injured muscle of SD rats was observed,and the recovery of injury was observed,and the histopathological examination was taken.SPSS20 for windows statistical software was used to analyze the indexes.Results: the clinical and histopathological observation showed that the dynamic,effective repair of tissue injury after modeling Erhuang the new injury cream gel;TNF-alpha detection showed that,compared with the model group,4th day treatment,the expression of TNF-alpha gene drug group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the 7th day,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),conclusion: Erhuang the new injury cream ge can repair of acute soft tissue injury in rats,can significantly reduce the expression of the TNF-gene,improve inflammatory,and the effect of Erhuang new injury ointment is similar to that of skin allergy has not been found,this study provides a basis for clinical research. |
