Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules And Experience Of Professor Jiang Shumin In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective : This research aims to use modern data mining technology and statistical methods to organize Professor Jiang Shumin's prescriptions for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and to analyze its medication and prescription rules,and to analyze its speculative characteristics and explore its unique treatment of this disease.The insights,and the characteristics and compatibility of Chinese medicines in the prescription are fully and intuitively displayed,combined with the relevant knowledge of Chinese medicine,the results are analyzed and discussed,in order to effectively guide the clinical practice and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:1.Use the form of taking pictures to keep and sort the medical records of patients in the expert clinic of Professor Jiang Shumin,and import the case data of 70 patients who meet the standards of gastroesophageal reflux disease and the 70 headers contained therein into the EXCEL form;2.Analyze the frequency and frequency of the onset season,symptoms,tongue and pulse,syndrome types of the patients in the medical record,and the drugs used in the prescription,and summarize and count the onset season,symptoms,tongue and pulse,syndrome characteristics,and the taste of the drugs.Meridian and efficacy category;3.Use IBM SPSS 26.0 software to analyze whether the differences in the patient's gender and age data statistics are statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Perform analysis on high-frequency drugs that are used more than 15% Correlation analysis and cluster analysis,summarize the core drugs of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,so as to further analyze and discuss his academic thoughts and medication characteristics in the treatment of this disease in combination with clinical.Results:1.In this study,the middle-aged group accounted for the largest proportion,followed by the youth group,and the elderly group the smallest.The results were significantly different(P<0.05).There were 30 males and 40 females,accounting for 42.9% and 57.1% of the total respectively.2.In the 70 patients in the study,the onset season was mainly winter,followed by spring,and the symptoms were mainly reflux,heartburn,and acid reflux,which accounted for 34.29%,31.43% and 21.43% in turn.About the tongue,the most common type is red tongue.The most common type is yellow tongue coating,stringy veins in pulse condition,and liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome and middle-deficiency qi inverse syndrome;3.Among the 70 prescriptions in this study,90 kinds of Chinese medicines were involved,and the total frequency of medication was 1290 times.(1)The core medicines studied are: Poria,Coix Seed,Corydalis,Corydalis,Melia,Cardamom,Amomum villosum,Baiji,Astragalus,Fritillaria,Sophora flavescens,Dandelion,Forsythia,Perilla,Gardenia,Tempeh,Trichosanthes,Zhuru.(2)The classification of drug efficacy is mainly based on heat-clearing medicine(21.30%),diuretic and dampening medicine(12.86%),dampness medicine(11.77%),and phlegm-relieving cough and asthma medicine(10.61%).(3)In the analysis of drug performance,the top three in the four-qi analysis are warm medicine,cold medicine,and mildly cold medicine;the five taste analysis is mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent;in the analysis of the meridian,most are attributed to the stomach meridian,Lung Meridian,Liver Meridian,and Spleen Meridian followed closely.4.From the correlation analysis of the high-frequency drugs,it is concluded that the commonly used drug pairs for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in our teacher are Poria,Coix Seed;Corydalis,Melia,Cardamom,Amomum;Astragalus,Baihe;Sophora flavescens,Dandelion,Forsythia;Perilla,Zhuru;Gardenia,Light tempeh;Yinchen,Baiji,Weilingxian;Tangerine peel,Pinellia.5.Through cluster analysis of 90 Chinese medicines in 70 prescriptions,draw cluster icicle diagram and dendrogram and analyze them,get 10 cluster prescriptions: cluster prescription 1:gardenia,white Succulents,light tempeh,shegan,Weilingxian,Yinchen;cluster 2: Astragalus,Sophora flavescens,Forsythia,Dandelion,Baihe;cluster 3: Trichosanthes;cluster 4: Poria,Coix seed,Corydalis,Chuanmeizi;Cluster 5: Perilla,Zhuru,Tangerine Peel,Pinellia,Trichosanthes;Cluster 6: Bupleurum,Malt;Cluster 7: Cardamom,Amomum,Fritillaria;Cluster Square 8: silkworm excrement,sea octopus;cluster 9: oyster;cluster 10: papaya.Conclusion:According to the analysis results of data mining,it can be seen that Professor Jiang Shumin's diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease from the perspective of "liver-lung-spleen-stomach" and Professor Jiang Shumin's treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease "clear stagnation heat and lower qi" The treatment policy of“adversity,regulating qi machine and liver and stomach” reflects the speculative characteristics of “treatment of Zhongjiao Ruheng”.The medicines for stomach,lung,liver,and spleen meridian are commonly used in clinical treatment.Wetting phlegm medicines and qi regulating spleen medicines are used in the treatment of this disease.When taking the medicines,distinguish the nature and flavor of the medicine,make a reasonable compatibility,use cold and warm together,and balance yin and yang,forming a medicine pair with personal characteristics,which provides the treatment of this disease.Ideas and experience provide experience and guidance for clinical treatment.
