Literature Study Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease And Summary Of Professor Lizhenhua's Experience

This paper is composed of two parts:the literature review and the analysis of the medical records.The literature review includes the understanding and research progress of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(GERD).The main contents of the case data are as follows:Objective:through data mining,we hope to comprehensively analyze the treatment characteristics and main academic ideas of Li's gastroesophageal reflux disease,and further summarize the academic thoughts and characteristics of Professor Li's clinical treatment of spleen and stomach disease,so as to achieve the academic inheritance of famous TCM.Data and methods:all cases required for data mining came from the first diagnosed gastroesophageal reflux disease in the outpatient department of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2015 to February 2018.According to the data collected medical records electronic medical records template content,finishing patients with four diagnostic information.A total of 140 cases were collected.Statistical data and data mining were used to analyze the information of syndromes,symptoms,prescriptions and other information involved in the medical records,and the related data after statistics were analyzed.Finally,in the explanation of Mr.Li,the results were arranged.Results:the distribution of the.syndromes,symptoms,medication:in 140 cases patients with syndrome type distribution from high to low heat dampness,spleen and liver spleen,liver and stomach heat stagnation,liver and stomach yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency and the syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen,liver stomach disharmony syndrome,phlegm heat accumulation syndrome.Among the various types of syndrome,there are some facultative distribution,such as spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,which are divided into wet heat and heat,heat and wet light,wet heat and heat light according to the difference of hot and wet heat.The distribution of symptoms:140 cases of patients were included in the clinical symptoms were 86,there were more acid reflux,heartburn,insomnia,dry mouth,mouth pain,loose stool,irritability,chills,fullness etc..1.Drug distribution:the cases there were 186 herbs,appeared many times as follows:Scutellaria,Coptis chinensis,Radix Bupleuri,cuttlebone,Zhejiang Fritillaria,calcined corrugated,pinellia,Alisma,Wu Zhuyu,licorice,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix trichosanthis,raw oyster,tangerine peel,ginger,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,ginger,green,Lily and Anemarrhena etc..2.Syndrome distribution:the common prescriptions of different types of syndromes are different,and the distribution of drugs is different.Prescriptions for damp heat of spleen and liver Chaihuguizhi dried ginger,spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,damp heat syndrome with prescriptions for Sheng Wendan Decoction,the wet weight of the heat light syndrome prescriptions for Banxiaxiexin Decoction,the wet weight of the heat light syndrome prescriptions for Weiling decoction,Sanren decoction,heat stagnation of liver and stomach prescriptions for the liver decoction,Longdan Xiegan decoction,the spleen and stomach yin deficiency syndrome prescriptions for Yiguanjian,dasse prescriptions for Xiaojianzhong Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction,syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen and liver stomach disharmony were Xiaoyaosan,phlegm heat stasis for xiaoxuanxiong decoction.3.Syndrome type symptom distribution:the clinical symptoms correspond to their different syndromes according to their correlation and contribution,thus we conclude the relationship between GERD'sdifferent syndromes and symptoms.Such as dry mouth in the liver spleen wet heat syndrome,spleen,liver and stomach heat syndrome,liver stomach yin deficiency;abdominal distension in heat stagnation of liver and stomach,liver and stomach yin deficiency,syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen,liver stomach disharmony.In order to infer grams of common symptoms of every syndrome,common symptoms of liver heat and spleen wet acid reflux,Heartburn,dry mouth,mouth pain,chills,abdominal cold,shapeless stool,insomnia;spleen stomach damp heat syndrome are common symptoms of acid reflux,heartburn,sticky mouth,thirst without desire to drink,diarrhea,bloating,stomach pain,chills,and sticky;heat stagnation of liver and stomach are common symptoms of heartburn,acid reflux,and noise elimination Valley good,dry stool,dry mouth,mouth pain,insomnia,irritability,hypochondriac pain etc..4.Card type distribution:drugs commonly used drugs for liver heat syndrome with spleen wet bupleurum,cassia,ginger,Radix trichosanthis,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Rhizoma Coptidis,raw oyster,Wu Zhuyu,pinellia tuber,Rhizoma alismatis,fried Atractylodes;commonly used drugs dhsss both have damp heat of Coptis chinensis,dried tangerine peel,pinellia,citrus,bamboo shavings,ginger,Scutellaria,Poria,Alisma,mainly for Wendan Decoction;heat evil commonly used drugs on Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Codonopsis,bamboo shavings,pinellia tuber,mainly Banxia Xiexin Decoction;dampness on commonly used drugs,coix seed,Bai Kouren almond,magnolia bark,tuckahoe,bamboo,talc,Polyporus,Alisma,Atractylodes rhizome,white atractylodes rhizome,tangerine peel,Coptis,Scutellaria,gardenia etc..Conclusion:1.Data mining can basically reflect the Li GERD clinical treatment experience,the teacher will GERD into liver heat and dampness,spleen spleen,liver and stomach heat stagnation syndrome type,the clinical use of Chaihuguizhi dried ginger,Wendan Decoction,Sanren decoction,Longdan Xiegan decoction treatment according to the partial heat wins.Flexible use.2.The teacher that the disease in the esophagus and stomach,is closely related with the liver and spleen,bile,pathological factors for dampness,heat,dyspepsia,often in clinical liver and spleen Tongzhi,liver and stomach,clearing heat and removing dampness etc.Tongzhi therapy,clinical diagnosis is accurate,use less.3.Professor li,a teacher,Cheng Bu Yuru,and Bu Lao proposed that spleen,humidity,and stomach fever are the main contradictions of spleen and stomach disease.Professor Li used this theory extensively in clinical practice.From the data analysis results,the main pathological factors in the early stages of GERD are humidity and heat,which proves the correctness and validity of the old theory,and it is worth promoting and inheriting clinically.4.The spleen and stomach are the hubs for the lifting and lifting of the gas machine.Splenic stomach disease often leads to the imbalance in the lifting and lifting of the gas machine.The stomach and gas inversion caused by various pathogenic factors is the main pathological basis for the onset of GERD.Therefore,Professor Li attaches importance to the regulation of the gas machine.5.In the later period of the
