Based On Data Mining Analysis And Summary Of Professor Xie Jingri’s Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:Based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,this paper analyzes the first prescription of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and summarizes the medication rules of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:The medical records of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected and screened according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Results:1.General data: of 176 medical records,73 were male and 103 were female;the age was mainly between 50 and 59 years old;the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was the most common syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction.2.Frequency and classification statistics :176 prescriptions,Total107,There are 12 doses of drugs over 88 times,The total frequency was1581 times,High frequency medicine for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease;A total of 18 types of Chinese medicine,Among them,the Department of Qi and Medicine first;The most commonly used warm(mild)drugs in four gases,Then there’s the cold,Both accounted for 78.04 per cent,Of the five flavors,bitter(slightly bitter)drugs,Next is the spice,Both accounted for64.77 per cent,The first four are stomach,spleen,liver,lung,The total proportion is 72.47.3.Prescription law analysis and new prescription analysis: prescription law analysis(number of support degree 88,confidence degree 0.95),the core drug is 9,the core drug combination is 28 groups analysis(correlation8,penalty 2),a total of 10 groups of potential drug combinations,5 new prescriptions.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Jingri treats gastroesophageal reflux disease mainly with Qi regulating drugs,warm and cold drugs,bitter and acrid drugs,and most drugs go to the stomach,spleen,liver and lung before the treatment.2.Professor Xie Jingri’s high-frequency drugs for gastroesophageal reflux disease are sea cucumber,corrugated,Bupleurum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Perilla,Chen Pei,Buddha hand,Shenqu,cardamom,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,chicken inner gold,Magnolia officinalis.3.Professor Xie gri’s treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is based on the theory of "depression without acid",with liver and spleen and "Tong" method as the core,combined with drug characteristics,to flat for a long period.
