Retrospective Study On The Cases And Clinical Experience Of Professor Shan Zhaowei Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:Using data mining technology to investigate professor SHAN Zhaowei's medication rule and clinical experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease,on the basis of professor SHAN Zhaowe's clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.providing new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:Collecting cases of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease by professor SHAN Zhaowei from June 2015 to June 2017,fill in the medical records according to schedule l,then building database.Gender,age,syndrome,diagnosis,medication rule and prescription regularity were analyzed by using frequency statistics,association rule algorithm and complex system entropy clustering based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5).Results:The study eventually included 300 medical cases,including 143 males and 157 females.Most patients were between the ages of 30-69.The main symptoms were acid reflux,heartburn,belching,burning,fullness and uncomfortable throat.Other symptoms include dry mouth,poor sleep,diarrhea,fatigue and fullness.The frequency of red tongue and light red tongue were higher,The frequency of thin yellow tongue coating and thin white tongue coating were higher.The frequency of taut pulse and threads were higher.10 types of syndromes were included.Spleen deficiency damp heat syndrome was the most common.In the medical case of this study,there were 126 flavors in traditional Chinese medicine.Statistics showed that there were 30 Chinese medicines with frequency above 25in this study,the top 10 Chinese medicines were baizhu,banxia,zhebeimu,xianhecao,yiyiren,maidong,taizishen,baihe,haipiaoxiao,baihuashe shecao.Most of the medicine was qi supplement medicine.The frequency of the four qi were mainly cold,warm,flat.The five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,spicy.The traditional attribution were mainly lung,stomach,spleen,heart,liver.According to the association rule-based drug combination analysis,there were 36 groups of high-frequency drug combinations with frequency above 150,including 7 traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the study of the rules of the group of different syndromes,spleen-deficiency damp-heat syndrome was treated with qiqinwubei decoction,middle-jiao deficiency and qi reverse syndrome was treated with liujunzi decoction,blood stasis syndrome was treated with ershensancao decoction,gallbladder heat invading the stomach syndrome was treated with chaishaohumo decoction,phlegm resistance syndrome was treated with banxiahoupo decoction.Based on the improved mutual information method,the correlation degree between drugs was analyzed,and 27 pairs of drug pairs with correlation coefficient above 0.02 were obtained.Based on the complex system entropy clustering,obtained 34groups core combination of 3 and 4 herbs,4 new prescriptions were excavated as also.Conclusion:Professor SHAN Zhaowei's treatment methods of gastroesophageal reflux disease are strengthening spleen and supplementing qi,resolving phlegm and removing stagnated heat and so on.His treatment emphasizes syndrome differentiation,Cold herbs together with warm herbs and couplet medicines.He has his own system.In some degree,revealing the medication rule and prescription regularity for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease by professor SHAN Zhaowei based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system.This study helps improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating this disease and provides an objective basis for the inheritance and innovation of famous Chinese medicine practitioner's experience.
