Research On Medication Regularity Of Professor Zhang Fuli In Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting the cases of GERD treated by Professor Zhang Fuli,and analyzing and discussing the characteristics of prescription selection and drug composition.This paper summarizes Professor Zhang Fu Li’s medication rule based on the theory of febrile disease and circular motion.To provide a new idea for the treatment of GERD with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:This topic adopt the method of retrospective study.From January 2017 to June 2020,the patients who got the GERD were collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine and treated by Professor Zhang Fuli.The basic information of the patients and the first TCM prescriptions were collected.The prescription drugs were all from the pharmacy of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.There were 126 effective cases.From the "statistical report" and "data analysis" sections of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform system,the relevant data needed for this study are extracted.The data of symptoms,syndromes,frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,classification of traditional Chinese medicine,four Qi and five flavors were obtained.Based on association rules,common drug combinations are obtained,and based on entropy hierarchical clustering,the correlation coefficient,core drug combination and new prescription analysis were obtained..The result:1.Basic information:among the 126 patients in this study,the ratio of male to female was 1:3,and the age of patients mainly concentrated in 30-69 years old,accounting for 81.74%.2.Medication analysis:Professor Zhang Fuli’s 126 prescriptions for gastroesophageal reflux disease involved 87 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 2277 times.There are 26 high frequency and intermediate frequency Chinese medicines.High frequency drugs were ginger,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Poria,sangsheng,Pinellia ternata,Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Paeonia lactiflora,Scutellaria baicalensis,oyster,cortex moutan and Angelica sinensis.The main effects of drugs are tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior and clearing heat.The top three drugs in the four Qi statistics are cold drugs,warm drugs and mild drugs.The top three in the five flavors statistics are bitter,sweet and pungent.Among the statistics of medicine return to spleen and meridian the largest number of drugs.In the statistics of drug meridian tropism,the number of drugs in spleen meridian tropism is the most.Two groups of drug combinations were extracted by association rules:combination 1:ginger,Ophiopogon japonicus,and sangsheng;Combination 2:pinellia,Poria,licorice.After cluster analysis,six groups of commonly used prescriptions were obtained as follows:Formula 1:ginger,Radix Paeoniae Alba,sangsheng,Pinellia ternata,Poria,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Scutellaria baicalensis;Prescription 2:ginger,Poria,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,rehmannia,Ophiopogon japonicus,sangsheng,Pueraria lobata;Prescription 3:Pinellia ternata,ginger,Poria,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,sangsheng,Rehmannia glutinosa,oyster;Prescription 4:Pinellia ternata,ginger,Ophiopogon japonicus,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,liquorice,sangsheng,Atractylodes macrocephala;Formula 5:ginger,Ophiopogon japonicus,Amomum villosum,licorice,Cistanche deserticola,Rehmannia glutinosa,Phyllostachys pubescens,Poria;Prescription 6:ginger,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,white peony,Poria,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,peony peel.Conclusion:1.Ginger,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Poria,sangsheng are the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroesophageal.Tonifying deficiency is the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The most common drug in the four Qi statistics is cold drugs.The top in the five flavors statistics is bitter.According to the statistics of drug meridian classification,the highest number of drugs belonging to spleen meridian.2.Professor Zhang Fuli’s treatment of gastroesophageal reflux is based on the combination of warm disease theory and circular movement theory,with the core idea of supporting the spleen,focusing on controlling the balance of ascending and descending,and communicating the internal and external Qi.
