Objective:Based on the characteristics of knee osteoarthritis,this topic compares the dynamic joint mobilization combined with intelligent exercise training system and conventional rehabilitation treatment methods,and analyzes the rehabilitation effect of dynamic joint mobilization combined with intelligent exercise training system on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The subjects of the study were 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in the Rehabilitation Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30),and signed informed consent.The patients in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment methods including:muscle strength training+knee joint flexion and extension training+joint mobilization,a total of 35 minutes,1 time/day,6 times/week,continuous treatment for 4W.The treatment group used intelligent sports training system+dynamic joint mobilization,a total of 35 minutes,1 time/day,6 times/week,continuous treatment of 4W.Before treatment and during 4 weeks of treatment,the visual analog pain score(VAS score),passive knee joint range of motion(PROM),knee active range of motion(AROM),knee osteoarthritis index assessment scale(WOMAC)for statistical analysis.Result:1.The VAS score of the control group before treatment was(5.4±0.86)and the treatment group was(5.6±0.72).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The control group was(2.13±0.73),and the treatment group was(1.67±0.84).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Before the treatment,the PROM value of the control group was(99.03±9.13)and the treatment group(101.00±6.84),showing that there was no statistically significant difference in the value of the knee PROM between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PROM value of the control group(123.63±6.58)and the treatment group(128.50±6.94)showed that the PROM value of the knees in both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Before the treatment,the knee AROM value of the control group was(87.13±6.30)and the knee AROM value of the treatment group was(89.67±7.6 9).There was no statistically significant difference in the knee AROM value o f the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the k nee AROM value of the control group was(115.9±8.04),and the knee AROM value of the treatment group was(121.7± 8.51).The AROM values of both kn ees were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and t he treatment group Better than the control group.4.Before the treatment,the WOMAC score of the control group was(61.03±5.13),and the WOMAC score of the treatment group was(60.30±5.23).There was no statistically significant difference in WOMAC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the WOMAC score of the control group was(32.43±2.36),and the WOMAC score of the treatment group was(30.93±1.72).The WOMAC scores of the tw o groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the WOMAC score of the treatment group The score improvement was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Conventional rehabilitation treatment methods and dynamic joint mobilization combined with intelligent sports training system can improve the rehabilitation effect for knee osteoarthritis.2.The combination of dynamic joint mobilization and intelligent sports training system has a more significant effect on reducing pain,increasing the active and passive movement angle of the knee joint,and reducing knee joint dysfunction.
