Clear Arthroscopic Knee Osteoarthritis Surgical Treatment 63 Patients Recently Curative Effects

Objective: to observe the arthroscopic cleanup operation and postoperative sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity with rehabilitation therapy knee osteoarthritis curative effect, and discusses the related factors affect curative effect.Methods: this case from shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital orthopaedic ward income knee osteoarthritis line arthroscopic cleaning the 63, surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Selected cases were given arthroscopic surgery performed to clean, sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity 5 times (1 times per week), and with the patient treatment of rehabilitation training guidance patients, one year follow-up."Lysholm"knee rating criteria by respectively before and after surgery in treatment 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year respectively, and the basis for rating scores therapeutic effect evaluation.Results: all 63 patients after surgeryⅠlevel wound healing was both without any complications. 63 patients received follow-up. The average score before treatment is 51.4; Three months after treatment, the average score is 79.8, 28.4 more than the average score of before treatment, symptoms improve average period for 55.3%, dykes for 74.6%; Six months after treatment, the average score is 81.2 , 29.8 more than the average score of before treatment, symptoms improve average period for 58.0%, dykes for 78.8%; One year after treatment, the average score is 78.6 , 27.2 more than the average score of before treatment, symptoms improve average period for 52.9% , dykes for 76.2%;Conclusion: arthroscopic cleanup operation and postoperative sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity with rehabilitation therapy in recent knee osteoarthritis can (1 year) to relieve pain, swelling valid, fluctuation building difficulties, playing soft legs and twisted lock wait for a symptom. After arthroscopy cleaning operation combined with sodium hyaluronate injection of rehabilitation training articular cavity with knee osteoarthritis treatment is a relatively safe, short-term curative effect the exact method, and further study in clinical use.
