As social aging population and domestic people’s weight is growing,the incidence of Knee Osteoarthritis disease is increasing,.It gets more an more harm,and the trend of incidence age gradually gets younger. Domestic statistical results the incidence of this disease more cause in approximately60%people over55years old,85%people over65years old. Now China is became one of the world’s aging population country,so there is increase but no decrease in the disease of OA,specially more cause in the southwest,that lies in moist and hilly area.Knee Osteoarthritis is a chronic joint disease is characterized by articular cartilage degeneration, necrosis and bone hyperplasia.The disease symptoms of knee pain, knee joint activities will lead to reduced,The disease symptoms of knee pain, knee joint activities will lead to reduced, causing the muscles around the knee cost atrophy,and knee joint ligaments of muscle tendon and joint capsule adhesions, cause of knee biomechanics balance disorders; then cause wear of articular cartilage and surrounding bone hyperplasia exacerbations, articular cartilage degeneration, necrosis of acceleration, further deterioration.Knee joint function limitation of activity, then bring patients a great pain, thus affecting his quality of life.OBJECTIVE:This project aims to do X-ray by wearing " Ding" shoes observes knee joint mechanics structure. Analysis of possible lesions,may cause biomechanical structure altered muscle, tendon, ligament and so on.Through the joint mobilization loosing adhesion for part of tendon and contracture of joint capsule, adjusting knee biomechanical balance, Easing the pain of knee joint,Broken due to pain, adhesion, mechanical imbalance, wear of articular cartilage formation in the vicious spiral.According to The VAS pain score standards,knee joint function HSS score,before and after treatment with biomechanical changes as the main index,more understanding joint mobilization therapy OA mechanism;formulating joint mobilization therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis specification,and exploring to improve grassroots hospital joint mobilization therapy for OA new strategy.METHODS:l.From June,2010to January,2012,Gathered68patients, a total of80cases of Knee Osteoarthritis were divided into two groups,from Orthopaedic department of TCM Hospital of He Chuan Region and Hospital (T.C.M) Affiliated to LuZhou Medical Colleague.40patients using therapy of biomechanics guidance joint mobilization (A group)40patients using therapy of Normal Joint Mobilization (B group)2.In A group,9male patients,26female patients, a total of35people.5of them are double knee osteoarthritis; aged35-72years old, average54.4years old.Femur-tibia angle (FTA)175.4±10.2°. Angle Q19.1±1.4°, VAS score6.7±1.60, HSS score60.4±4.5.3. In B group,7male patients,26female patient,a total of33people.7of them are double knee osteoarthritis;aged42-74years old,average54.6years old.FTA174.6±9.8°, Angle Q19.2±1.2°6.1±1.67,VAS score6.1±1.67,HSS score60.7±4.76.4.Records of two groups of patients after treatment of VAS score HSS function score, to assess efficacy.5.Two cases of VAS score, HSS function score using T test, after treatment with VAS score and HSS score by x2test.RESULT:1.40cases in group A, follow-up6-18months, an average of14months; period of treatment is30days; according to the VAS score:Excellent (painless) in25cases, good in10cases (mild pain), common (pain, can bear) in5cases, the rate of excellent or good was87.5%;According to the HSS function score: excellent in15cases, good in21cases, medium4cases, bad in0cases, the rate of excellent or good was90%.2.40cases in group B,follow-up6-18months,an average of14months;period of treatment is30days;according to the VAS score:Excellent in23cases,good in11cases,medium in5cases,bad in1case,the rate of excellent or good was85.5%.According to the HSS function score:excellent in9cases, good in20cases, medium11cases, bad in0cases, the rate of excellent or good was72.5%.3.During follow-up of all patients with OA knee pain symptoms had improved knee joint activity significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),.On the hand of the motion of the knee joint,A group is better than B group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6months after treatment in two groups of patients with VAS score and HSS score comparison,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:1.Two kinds of treatment methods in OA, using image biomechanics Guidance Group pain symptoms.2.For OA patients suggested using therapy of image biomechanics guidance joint mobilization.
