Abstract/Summary:
Object:To explore the effects of quadriceps functional exercise for knee osteoarthritis patients’ knee function and quadriceps muscle architecture,those patients with syndrome of deficiency of the liver and kidney are training under the guidance of knee joint intelligent monitoring system.Method:In this study,44 patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type were selected as the research objects,and their imaging classification ins is KL 3 or below.All of them is selected form the non-surgical treatment center of osteoarthropathy in Henan Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital(Henan Orthopedic Hospital)between January 2019 to January 2020.Divided all the research objects into 22 cases in the control group and 22 cases in the observation group by random number table method.The basic treatment includes Pingle bonesetting tendon-regulating method and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing.Both groups have basic treatment,but the difference between the two groups is the observation group exercised by intelligent monitoring system and the control group exercised by health propaganda and education.We recorded and to analysis the WOMAC score,NRS score and the quadriceps muscle thickness and cross-sectional area of affected limb before treatment and after 3 weeks treatment.Result:One patient in each group fell off and the number of valid sample was 42.In this study,the difference of the age,gender,affected limb and the WOMAC score,NRS score,muscle thickness,muscle cross-sectional area before treatment between two groups was proved not statistically significant(P>0.05).The paired t-test was used to contrast the data intragroup and the independent sample t-test was used between groups(separate variance estimation was used when unsatisfactory homogeneity of variance).It was proved that the difference between groups not statistically significant before treatment(P > 0.05).It was statistically significant between groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the data of intragroup was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 85.71%,and the effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%.The clinical effective was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the clinical effective of observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The quadriceps functional exercise can effectively improve the pain and functional scores of patients;2.The quadriceps functional exercise can change the quadriceps muscle thickness and cross-sectional area of patients;3.The intelligent monitoring system is more effectively improve the pain,function and muscle thickness,muscle cross-sectional area than by health propaganda and education.
