Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Emergency Emergency Service Capacity Of County-level General Hospitals

Objective:To study the influencing factors of emergency service ability of county-level General Hospital(this study is located as the county-level hospital undertaking the regional emergency service task)and extract its quantifiable indexes.On this basis,combined with the previous literature research results,expert consultation was carried out by Delphi method to initially form the evaluation index system of emergency service ability of county-level general hospital To analyze the influence of different factors on emergency service ability.In addition,according to the data analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to effectively promote the emergency construction of county-level general hospitals,and further improve the emergency medical service level of county-level general hospitals.Significance:county level general hospitals can judge their own problems according to the indicator system,clarify the actual situation of each indicator,better evaluate and guide the emergency related construction according to the requirements of the indicator system,which is of great significance for standardizing the assessment of emergency departments and improving the implementation of specific measures.Methods:(1)using the literature research method to collect and sort out the domestic and foreign research literature on the evaluation index of emergency service ability and the overall service ability of the hospital,and form a preliminary evaluation index system of emergency service ability of county-level comprehensive hospitals under the guidance of experts.(2)Delphi method and questionnaire method were used to collect experts' modification and suggestions on the evaluation indexes of emergency service ability of county-level general hospitals formed in the early stage,and two rounds(15 experts in both rounds)were conducted.The enthusiasm,authority coefficient,opinion concentration degree,variation coefficient and coordination coefficient of experts are calculated.Data entry and statistical analysis are carried out by using Excel table and SPSS 17.0.(3)AHP is used to determine the weight of each index in the established evaluation index system of emergency response ability.Firstly,the judgment matrix of the index system is constructed,and then the consistency of the collected data is tested by Yaahp 12.4 software,and then the weight of each index in the index system is calculated.Results:1)combing the domestic and foreign research literature on the evaluation index of emergency service ability and hospital overall service ability,refining the quantifiable index of hospital emergency service ability,and using it as the primary source of model evaluation index.(2)According to the influencing factors of emergency service ability,the evaluation index of emergency service ability of county-level general hospital was extracted,and the index system was modified by Delphi method.There were 15 participants in the two rounds and the recovery rate of the questionnaire reached 100%.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of consulting experts were 0.89 and 0.90 respectively,which indicated that the experts had a high degree of authority and reliability.In terms of the arithmetic average,most of the indicators in the second round were improved,and some decreased,which indicated that the experts' concentration on the indicators was constantly improved.After the second round,the first level indicator Kendall coefficient was improved After the significance test,the two rounds were all P<0.05,the results were credible.(3)The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index in the established evaluation index system of emergency rescue ability.The of emergency treatment in county hospitals are composed of 8 first-class indexes and 42 second-class indexes.The first-class indexes include emergency function setting,pre hospital emergency treatment ability,in hospital emergency treatment ability,county medical community emergency treatment system construction,teaching and talent training ability,information support ability,centralized construction ability and quality management ability.County level general hospitals can understand their own shortcomings through the evaluation index system,and further improve the emergency medicine of county level general hospitals by improving the supporting construction of emergency departments,strengthening the construction of emergency doctors' talent team,improving the construction of relevant equipment,integrating the construction of emergency system of county level medical community,enhancing the ability of information support,centralized construction and quality management Treatment service level.
