Study On Capability Evaluation And Selection Of Emergency Medical Hospital

Emergency medical service is an activity of organize and implementate medical treatment for mass casualty caused by sudden public events, based on the principles of Ageing treatment. In recent years, with the rapid development of modern society, all kinds of public emergency events occur frequently. In particular, as the urbanization process speeding up, a high concentration of population and economy, all kinds of unexpected public events signiticantly increased the degree of harm. Emergency medical services system in the public emergency medical treatment of injured person plays a vital role, determines whether the people can be treated in time and effectively. In order to minish the human loss of life caused by various disasters, it is particularly necessary to study the theory and application research of emergency medical service system. Therefore, this dissertation thorough study on capability evaluation and selection of emergency medical hospital, with contents as follows:In chapter 1, the background, meaning, purpose, the main work of this paper and the train of thought is pointed out.Chapter 2 summarized the related research achievements in emergency management and emergency medical service.Chapter 3 gives first the conception, characteristic and classification of sudden public events, then introduced the conception and characteristic of emergency management and emergency medical service. Finally, the usual used models of emergency location were presentated.Chapter 4 thorough analysis the factors which affect the hospital's emergency medical service ability firstly, and then consummated the evaluation indicator system of hospital's emergency medical service ability in the foundation which formerly studied. Finally, a method was given to evaluate the hospital's emergency medical service ability.In chapter 5, a emergency medical service hospital selection method with the given aspiration degree was presented to select the hospital. In this method, not only the decision-maker's aspiration of alternate select hospital was considered, but also the alternate select hospital's emergency medical service ability. The synthetical evaluation was obtained by concentrated the aspiration's close degree and the hospital's emergency service capabilities.In chapter 6, a emergency medical service hospital selection method based on the service level was proposed. In this method, both the service level based on the hospital's emergency medical service ability and the service level based on service distance between require area and the hospital were considered. The cases of the number of hospital which would be selected known and unknown were considered separately, hospital selection optimational models were set up, and aptitude arithmetic were given separately.Finally, the dissertation draws a conclusion, summarizes the research fruits. On the basis of the above, some suggestions on future research are put forward.
