| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Bufei Decoction in the treatment of slow transit constipation with Qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 63 patients with slow transit constipation of qi deficiency treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group(n=32)and the control group(n =31).The treatment group was treated with Bufei Decoction and the control group was treated with Mosapric citrate dispersible tablets.After 30 days of treatment,difficulty in defecation,time of defecation,frequency of defecation,fecal traits,abdominal distension and symptom scores of incomplete defecation in 2 groups were observed to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:A total of 3 cases were removed from the treatment group(2cases)and the control group(1 case),and 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group were successfully collected.The data of30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were statistically analyzed.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the difficulty of defecation,defecation time,fecal traits and abdominal distension(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the frequency of defecation and the feeling of incomplete defecation(P > 0.05).In addition,no adverse reactions occurred in enrolled patients in this study.Conclusion:Bufei Decoction has obvious curative effect on slow transit constipation of qi deficiency type.It is better than Mosapiride Citrate Disperse Tablet in improving defecation difficulties,defecation time,fecal characteristics and abdominal distension.It is worthy of further study and promotion. |
