| Objective:to objectively analyze the clinical effect of Qihuang Houpu Decoction in the treatment of constipation patients with Qi Yin deficiency and slow transit constipation by observing the clinical efficacy of Qihuang Houpu Decoction in treating constipation patients with Qi Yin deficiency and slow transit constipation It's about thinking.Methods:from June 2019 to November 2020,66 patients with constipation who met the requirements of clinical trials were selected,They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given Qihuang Houpu Decoction orally,twice a day,one bag in the morning on an empty stomach and one bag at night before going to bed.The dosage of each bag was controlled to 200ml by the Chinese pharmacy of our hospital.The patients were ordered to take it for 14 days without breaking the doctor's order.The control group was given Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets orally,three tablets a day before three meals Take it for about half an hour for 14 days without interruption.Evaluate and record the scores of clinical observation indexes of all patients before taking medicine and the data of observation indexes after taking medicine for 14 days.If there is any discomfort during the period,stop taking medicine or take other treatment measures at any time.In order to objectively evaluate the long-term effects of drugs,the patients were asked to come to our hospital for further consultation in the 4th and 8th week after the end of the course of treatment,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out again.For those patients who are really inconvenient to come to our hospital for further consultation,or who are unwilling to see a doctor again because they have no obvious symptoms after treatment,telephone follow-up was carried out to record the required data.All clinical data were analyzed by spss22.0.Research results:after comparing the age and gender of the two groups of patients in this clinical trial,it is found that there is no statistical difference between the two groups,indicating that no matter age or gender,it will not have an impact on the treatment effect.After analyzing the clinical observation indexes of the two groups of patients before treatment,it is found that each index has no statistical difference and is comparable.At the end of treatment,the patients in the experimental group taking Qihuang Houpu Decoction and the patients in the control group taking Mosapride Citrate Dispersible tablets were evaluated to have the good effect of increasing the frequency of natural defecation,improving the dry and hard stool,increasing the soft stool,shortening the defecation time,reducing the frequency of cathartic,and alleviating the symptoms of abdominal distension The difference of observation indexes was statistically significant.Comparing the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the scores of the other four indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,except for the abdominal distension index.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription was better than that of mosapride citrate in improving fecal properties,increasing defecation frequency,using cathartic frequency and spontaneous defecation time The effect is good.TCM symptom index comparison:1.The main symptoms of TCM have four evaluation indexes,which are weak defecation,abdominal pain,dry stool,dry mouth.At the end of treatment,the analysis of data found that the two groups of patients had increased defecation sense,that is,the symptoms of weak defecation were improved,the frequency and duration of abdominal pain were also reduced,the symptoms of stool dryness were relieved,and the symptoms of thirst and thirst were alleviated.The difference was statistically significant.Comparison between groups:the main symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that Qihuang Houpu decoction is better than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets in improving the clinical effect of TCM main symptoms.2.The results of TCM syndrome analysis.There are five evaluation indexes of TCM secondary diseases,which are fatigue and lazy speech,hand foot heart heat,emaciation,restlessness and lack of sleep,and loss of appetite.At the end of treatment,the scores of 5 sub symptoms in the experimental group were decreased to different degrees compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant;in the control group,except for the body weight loss index,the other 4 items were improved,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed more improvement in the symptoms of fatigue,not like to talk,the symptoms of cold hands and feet,weight loss,restlessness and insomnia,and no significant difference in appetite promotion between the two groups.Overall efficiency comparison:33 cases in the experimental group,after treatment,the total effective rate,that is,the cure rate plus the marked efficiency plus the effective rate,was 94%;33 cases in the control group,the total effective rate was 85%,the total effective rate in the experimental group,that is,the comprehensive curative effect,was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Recurrence:at the first visit 4 weeks after the treatment,according to the situation of the patients and the follow-up results of some patients who could not come to the hospital,it was concluded that there were 5 cases of recurrence in the oral Chinese medicine group,with a recurrence rate of 16.1%,and 8 cases in the mosapride citrate group,with a recurrence rate of 28.6%,P>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the long-term effects of the two drugs in the fourth week were similar At the second follow-up visit 8 weeks after the treatment,9 patients in the experimental group recurred,with a recurrence rate of 29.03%,while 20 patients in the control group recurred,with a recurrence rate of 71.43%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the Qihuang Houpu decoction used by the tutor has more advantages in the long-term clinical effect.In terms of the anxiety evaluation index,the anxiety state of patients taking 2 weeks of Chinese medicine was significantly reduced,and the effect was better than that of the control group,which greatly improved the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:Qihuang Houpu decoction is better than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets in the comprehensive treatment of slow transit constipation of Qi and yin deficiency type.It can improve defecation weakness,relieve abdominal pain,moisten and dry stool,relieve dry mouth and thirst,relieve fatigue and lazy speech,hand foot and heart heat,emaciation,upset and sleepless,defecation time,defecation frequency,use of laxatives,fecal properties,etc Qihuang Houpu decoction has better long-term effect than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets.Therefore,the overall therapeutic effect and long-term recurrence of Qihuang Houpu decoction are better than Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets,which can improve the quality of life of patients. |
