The Clinical Effects Observation Of Jianpitongbian Decoction Cure The Patients Of Slow Transit Constipation Of Spleen Deficiency Qi Stagnation

Objective To observe the clinical symptoms,and discharged condition of markers about Jianpitongbian decoction cure the patients of Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen deficiency Qi stagnation,make sure the clinical effect of cure the Slow Transit Constipation,help patients to make a good habit of defecation,discuss more clinical application value about Jianpitongbian decoction.Methods 60 patients admitted up to standard from Ningxia academy of TCM hospital Liver spleen and stomach department,recruit form outpatient and inpatient in September 2017 to January 2019,according to the inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria screening.Jianpitongbian decoction group: 30 patients were given Jianpitongbian decoction,200ml/time,twice a day.Lactulose oral solution group: 30 patients were given Lactulose oral solution,30ml/time,once a day.Fifteen days is a cycle,after the treatment of two cycles,record defecation associated symptom score,depressive symptom score,Colonic transit test of prior treatment,first cycle and second cycle.Analysed by SPSS21.0 statistical software,so that know the statistical software of Jianpitongbian decoction cure the patients of Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen deficiency Qi stagnation.Results:1.Compare two groups' defecation associated symptom score,depressive symptom score,surplus markers in colon in prior treatment,there were indifference in statistics,it's comparable(P>0.05).In first cycle,Jianpitongbian decoction group is better than Lactulose oral solution in changing the colon transit function,there were difference in statistics(P<0.05).In clinical symptom,level of depression,there were indifference in statistics(P>0.05).In second cycle,Jianpitongbian decoction group is better than Lactulose oral solution in changing the colon transit function,clinical symptom,level of depression,there were difference in statistics(P<0.05).2.Jianpitongbian decoction changing the colon transit function,clinical symptom,level of depression group in first and second cycle is better than in prior treatment,there were difference in statistics(P<0.01).Lactulose oral solution changing the colon transit function,clinical symptom,level of depression group in first and second cycle is better than in prior treatment,there were difference in statistics(P<0.01).3.The total effective rate of Jianpitongbian decoction group was 93.1%,the total effective rate of Lactulose oral solution group was 82.14%,there were difference in statistics(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Jianpitongbian decoction group was 10.34%,The recurrence rate of Lactulose oral solution group was 3.57%,there were indifference in statistics(P>0.05).ConclusionJianpitongbian decoction cure the patients of Slow Transit Constipation of Spleen deficiency Qi stagnation is better than Lactulose oral solution in clinical symptom,colon transit function.It can increase patients' quality of life,has appli-cable clinical value.
