Clinical Effect Observation Of The Yiqi Runchang Daozhi Decoction Treating Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Constipation (Slow Transit)

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Runchang Daozhi Decoction ondeficiency of both qi and Yin constipation (slow transit) and to explore its mechanism ofaction.Methods:60patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into twogroups at random number table. The treatment group of30cases was treated with YiqiRunchang Daozhi decoction,30cases in the control group were treated with macrogol4000powder (oral Forlax).4weeks as a course of treatment, observe its clinicaltherapeutic effect after one course of treatment, and the cured patients were followed up for3months, to observe the long-term curative effect.Results: clinical Clinical studies have shown that the treatment group improvingcurative effects of The main symptoms as defecation frequency and defecation difficultywas better than that of control group,and two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).the treatment group improving curative effects of Secondary symptoms asanorexia,Endless defecate feeling,weakness,fatigue, upset little sleep was better than thatof control group, and two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). the treatment groupimproving curative effect of the slow transmission experiments was better than that ofcontrol group, and two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Based on thecomprehensive analysis of curative effect, there was significant difference between the twogroups (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than control group, treatment group totaleffective rate was93.33%.Conclusion: Yiqi Runchang Daozhi decoction can not only replenish qi to invigoratethe spleen, replenish Yin and promote the production of fluids, Runchang and regulate Qi,also can improve constipation related to systemic symptoms and signs, to treat bothmanifestation and root cause of disease. Compared with the control group,there was a significant effect, and there was no significant effect on the heart, liver, kidney functionand blood, urine, stool routine, and it is a safe drug, worthing to be used in clinicalpractice.
