Clinical Analysis And Evaluation Of Huayuotong Decoction In Treating Slow Transit Constipation

Purpose:TO observe the clinical effect of Huayu Tongbian Decoction in the treat ment of slow transit constipation.At the same time to evaluate Huayu Tongbian Deco ction for whether it can promote clinical effect about constipation which caused by blood stasis in the gut.At last to find a new approach for clinical treatment of slow tra nsit constipation.Material and method:According to the random number table, the 60 patients,who diagnosed with slow transit constipation are randomly divided into two group.On e group is called after the treatment group and the other one is named by the control group, which group is consisted of 30 cases. There are no statistically differences b etween the treatment group and the control group,such as gender、age、state of illnes s and course of disease,to name a few.The treatment group uses Huayu Tongbian D ecoction and The control group takes Maren soft capsules. Observing the major sympt oms(defecation frequency, feces characters, bloating and bowel movement each time,abdominal distention)of constipation of treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, observing curative effects of two group, in the meantime observin g patients,marker discharge situation of two groups after 72 hours before and after tr eatment. At last using SPSS 17. 0 statistical software to analyze and compare therape utic effect of the treatment group and the control group.Results:1.Treatment group and the control group of slow transit constipation were associated with efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group,which total effective rat e was 80.00% the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, as a result tre atment group is better than the control group.2. Both treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms of constipat ion total credit,which combine with defecation frequency, feces characters, bloating an d bowel movement each time and abdominal distention.As a result the experimental group is better than the control group..3. Both treatment group and the control group’s 72 hours colon markers discharge sig nificantly improved compared with the situation before the treatment, this is suggesting that both groups can improve the colonic transit and increase colonic transit rate, and the treatment group better than the control group.Conclusion:There is no deny that Huayu Tongbian Decoction can improve blood stasis syndrome of slow transit constipation symptoms,and Huayu Tongbian Decoction’s clinical effect is very significant, we should spear no effort to promote it.
