A Clinical Study Of Jiawei Bixie Huadu Decoction Fumigation And Sitz Bath Promoting Postoperative Wound Healing Of Anal Fistula

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Bi Xie Hua Du decoction fumigation and sitz bath on promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods:Select 60 patients with Low-grade simple anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria,Randomly divided into observation group and control group and 30 cases in each group.Anal fistulectomy were performed in 2 groups,they received the same routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Modidied Bi Xie Hua Du decoction sitz bath and the control group was treated with Potassium permanganate solution sitz bath.During the 28 day treatment period,the wound pain,secretion and the granulation growth of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,According to the scoring standard to score.The wound area,wound healing rate and the wound healing time were compared between the two groups.After the treatment the curative effect was evaluated.Spss26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significance difference in age,gendar,and course of disease between the two groups.The results are as follows:(1)Comparison of wound pain:There was no significant difference in woundpain score between the two groups on the 1^st,14^thday afteroperation(p>0.05),There was a statistically significant difference in woundpain score between the two groups on the 3^rd,7^thday afteroperation(p<0.05),The wound pain score of the observation group was lowerthan the control group.(2)Comparison of wound secretion:There was no significant difference inwound secretion score between the two groups on the 1^stday afteroperation(p>0.05).On the 3^rd,7^th,14^thday after operation,There was astatistically significant difference in wound secretion score between the twogroups(p<0.05),The wound secretion score of the observation group waslower than the control group.(3)Comparison of wound granulation:There was no significant difference inwound granulation score between the two groups on the 3^rdday afteroperation(p>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in woundgranulation score between the two groups On the 7^th,14^thday after operation,(p<0.05),The granulation growth of the observation group was better than ofthe control group.(4)Comparison of wound area:There was no significant difference in woundarea between the two groups on the 1^st,7^thday after operation(p>0.05).Therewas a statistically significant difference in wound area between the twogroups On the 14^th,21^thday after operation,(p<0.05),The wound area wassmaller in the observation group than in the control group.(5)Comparison of wound healing rate:There was no significant difference inwound healing rate between the two groups on the 7^thday afteroperation(p>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in woundhealing rate between the two groups On the 14^th,21^thday after operation,(p<0.05),The wound healing rate was higher in the observation group than inthe control group.(6)Comparison of wound healing time:There was a statistically significantdifference in wound healing time between the two groups(p<0.05),Thewound healing time of the observation group was shorten than of the controlgroup.(7)Overall efficacy comparison:The curative effect was evaluated on the 28^thday after operation,the cure rate of the observation group was 100%,and thatof the control group was 90%,The total effective rate of the observationgroup and the control group was 100%,with no statistical significancedifference(p>0.05).Conclusion:After anal fistula operation,Fumigation and sitz bath with Modidied Bi Xie Hua Du decoction can effectively reduce the wound pain,the wound secretion.It can promote the growth of granulation,and accelerate wound healing.The clinical effect is positive,there was no adverse drug reaction,and it is worth popularizing.
