| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of nude flower Zizhu granules for external application to promote wound healing after anal fistula.Methods:90 patients with low-grade simple anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria were selected and included in the experiment.They were randomly divided into a treatment group,a control group and a conventional group,30 cases in each group.All patients in the three groups underwent low anal fistula incision and enlargement(electrosurgical excision).All patients began to take medication on the second day after surgery.In the control group,Shengjisan + Vaseline gauze was used for dressing change.All three groups required continuous dressing change until the wound healed completely.Observe the pain,exudation,healing,etc.of the wounds of the three groups on the 2,7,14,and 21 days after surgery,and record the wound healing time of the three groups,the overall efficacy after 30 days of treatment,and the adverse reactions during the treatment.Perform statistical processing and analysis,and finally evaluate its safety.Results:There was no significant difference in the general data of the 90 selected patients(P> 0.05);the treatment group was superior to the control group and the conventional group in improving pain and wound exudation on the 7th and 14 th days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery(P <0.05),no significant difference from the control group(P>0.05);the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the conventional group(P <0.05),no significant difference from the control group(P> 0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than the conventional group(P <0.05),andno significant difference from the control group(P> 0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the entire treatment.Conclusion: Nude flower purple beads particles used in anal fistula postoperative wounds can effectively improve wound pain,reduce wound exudate,and shorten wound healing time,promote wound healing without obvious adverse reactions,and provide a safe and effective treatment for anal fistula wound Treatment. |
