| Goal:The incidence of clinical fistula in anorectal diseases occupy a considerable part of the proportion.Surgery is the primary means of anal fistula. However, the wound healing is slow after surgery, wound complications such as pain and secretions seriously affect the quality of life of patients. This issue aims at observing the effect of Suyu Lotion combined with photon treatment in the treatment of anal fistula wounds and exploring a comprehensive therapy to promote anal fistula postoperative wound healing effectiveness and advantages to improve the quality of postoperative patients’life.Methods:Take 60 patients’cases that meet the criteria, and randomly divided the cases into two groups. Treatment Group (30 cases) adopt Suyu Lotion bath combined with photon treatment, and Comparing Group (30 cases) adopt potassium permanganate solution (1:5000) sitz bath combined with photon treatment. All patients should be subjected to the pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment the day before surgeries. Observe all patients postoperation overall effects, postoperative pain, a margin of edema, wound secretions, wound healing rate, healing time and so on. Patients should be subjected to another pelvic floor surface electromyograph in the frst three months after the surgeries.Results:(1) Overall effects of the two groups after treatment show no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) The treatment group on postoperative 3,7 and 14 days the pain was significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.05).(3) The treatment group after take operation 3,7 and 7 days, the wounds secretion were significantly less than control group (P< 0.05).(4) The treatment group after 3,7 and 14 days has no great difference between the treatment group and the control group. (P> 0.05).(5) The treatment group has a great wound healing rate than control group after took operation in 7 days,14 days (P< 0.05).(6) The treatment group, on average wound healing time was (19.73±2.48) days, the control group on average healing time was (23.27±3.01) days, the two groups have significantly difference on the healing time (P< 0.05).(7) Treatment group and control group in preoperative day line of pelvic floor surface electromyograph and postoperative 3 months back line of pelvic floor surface electromyograph were no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Suyu lotion bath combined with photon treatment used in low simple anal fistula of postoperative wound repair, the method in reducing patient’s pain, reduce wound secretion, shorten shorten the healing time has significant advantages.’It can effectively reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life. |
