Objective: We observed the curative effect of Prescription of Reinforcing Qi Tonifying Spleen and Resolution Blood combined with microwave treatment on wound pain,edema,exudation and wound healing time after surgery of simple anal fistula.Method: Patients with simple anal fistula admitted to Anorectal Department of Guangming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Pudong New Area,Shanghai from May 2018 to December 2018 were selected to participate in the experiment.According to the standard,90 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group,control group and blank group,30 cases in each group.Each Anal fistula resection was performed under sacral anesthesia.Blank group: treated with routine disinfection and dressing change of wounds after daily defecation.Control group:On the basis of blank group,treated with microwavetherapy.Twice a day for 10 minutes.Fourteen consecutive days,starting from the first day after surgery.Treatment group: On the basis of control group,treated with Prescription of Reinforcing Qi Tonifying Spleen and Resolution Blood.Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,oral twice a day.Fourteen consecutive days,starting from the first day after surgery.The wound pain,edema and exudation were evaluated and compared between the three groups 1,3,7 and 14 days after surgery.The days of wound healing were counted in each group.Results: The treatment group and the control group completed 29 cases in each group,1 case in each group dropped off,and 30 cases in the blank group was completed.Through Kruskal-Wallis test showed that: 1.The scores of wound pain in the three groups were significantly different on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(P < 0.001).The results of two comparisons between the three groups indicated that the scores of wound pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,while those in the control group were smaller than those in the blank group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores of wound pain in the three groups on the 1st and 14 th day after surgery.(P > 0.05).2.The scores of wound edema in the three groups were significantly different on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(P = 0.016;P < 0.001).The results of two comparisons between the three groups indicated that the scores of wound edema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the blank group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the blank group on the 3rd day after surgery(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of edema at the wound margin on the 1st and 14 th day after surgery(P > 0.05).3.There were significant differences in wound exudation scores among the three groups on the 7th day after surgery(P=0.001).The results of two comparisons between the three groups indicated that the wound exudation scores of the treatment group on the 7th day after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and those of the control group were lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the wound exudation scores of the three groups on the 1st,3rd and 14 th day after surgery(P>0.05).The results of variance analysis show that: In terms of wound healing time after surgery,there were statistical differences among the three groups in the number of days of wound healing after surgery(P < 0.001).The results of two comparisons between the three groups indicated that the number of days of wound healing after surgery was different in the treatment group,the control group and the blank group(P < 0.05).The treatment group had the shortest wound healing time,the control group had a slightly longer wound healing time,and the blank group had the longest wound healing time.Conclusion: Prescription of Reinforcing Qi Tonifying Spleen and Resolution Blood combined with microwave therapy in patients of simple anal fistula can reduce wound pain,edema,exudation and other complications,and significantly shorten the days of wound healing,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
