Objective We investigate the effect of Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous anal fistula and the effect on the wound after anal fistula operation, which in order to explore its promoting of the wound recovering after the operation and the immunological mechanism after getting well and its clincal efficacy, which can provide useful theoretical basis for clinical reasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine to the treatment of tuberculous anal fistula. Methods we intend to select 20 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divide them into observation group and control group to conduct this study, but actually just 18 patients were got by the deadline of the research.Finally,27 people were involved in this study, including 10 in the observation group(with losing of 1 patient),8 in the control group and 10 healthy people who passed the physical examination in the normal group.Combining Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction with anti-tuberculosis drugs to the observation group's therapy,anti-tuberculosis drug treatment to the control group, anything else to the two groups are the same.Respectively testing the levels of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the peripheral blood of the observation group and the control group before and after therapy and the normal group, recording the wound area and wound healing rate on day 5,day 20 and day 35 after the operation of the observation and control group. Results 1.There were significant differences(P<0.05)in decreasing of CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 + but increasing of CD8+ and with no significant difference(P>0.05)of CD3 + in both the observation group and the control group compared with the normal group.2.There were no significant differences in CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8+ between the observation group and the control group before therapy(P>0.05)and CD4 + CD4 +/CD8 + were significantly increased after therapy(P<0.05),but the increasing extent of the observation group was significantly larger than that of the control group; The decrease of CD8 + was significantly higher in observation group than that of control group, but both of the tow group showed a decrease in it.Both the two group have no significant difference in CD3+ before and after therapy.3.There was no significant difference in the wound area between the observation group and the control group on day 5 and day 20 after operation(P>0.05).The wound area of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group on day 35 after operation(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the observation group was significantly bigger than that of the control group on day 20 and day 35 after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Tuberculous anal fistula patients truly showed cellular immune dysfunction, including CD4 + T cells decreased,CD8 + T cells increased, the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + decreased and CD3 + no significant change.2.Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction can adjust the level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and improve the immune function of Patients.3.Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction can speed up the healing rate of tuberculous anal fistula after patients' operation, shorten the wound healing time and effectively improve the wound healing rate.4.Modified Qinghao Biejia Decoction may be Promote the recovering of tuberculous anal fistula and the patients' follow-up state through the adjustion of cellular immune function.
