| Objective:To observe the effect of fumigation and sitting bath with hemorrhoids and fistula lotion on wound healing after anal fissure operation.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing anal fissure resection from January2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was given hemorrhoids and fistula lotion sitting bath group,and the control group was treated with 1 ≤5000 potassium hyperthermic potassium sitting bath group.The pain,edema and granulation tissue formation of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,pain,edema and wound granulation in the treatment group were treated with pain,edema and wound granulation in the treatment group.The production of weaving was significantly better than that of the control group,and the cure rate was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The fumigation and sitting bath of hemorrhoid and fistula lotion is effective in promoting wound healing after anal fissure operation,which is worth popularizing. |
