Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis point combined with traditional treatment of tinnitus points, and to observe the correlation between the change of blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and the change of tinnitus degree. Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021,we selected the relevant data of the patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the second Department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Yueyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and included the patients with cervicogenic tinnitus according to the set inclusion criteria.According to the random number table method,72 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group 36 in each group. Two groups of patients were treated once a day, continuous treatment for 10 days as a course of treatment, each patient in accordance with the provisions of treatment for 2 courses,1 day interval between courses. The changes of TEQ and vertebral artery blood flow velocity were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: 1.In terms of TEQ score, self comparison and relevant data comparison before and after treatment in the group,P < 0.001,indicating that both the observation group and the treatment group are effective in the treatment of cervicogenic tinnitus; There was no statistical significance in TEQ score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).TEQ score after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance, the observation group after treatment TEQ score decreased better than the control group after treatment TEQ score.2.The blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the affected side were compared in the treatment group(P < 0.05);Comparison between the two groups,P > 0.05.3.Analysis of therapeutic efficiency: the total effective rate was 78% in the observation group and 76% in the control group; The effective rate was 58% in the control group and 7% in the observation group.Comparison : 1.After treatment, the TEQ scores of the two groups were decreased, and tinnitus symptoms could be improved. The TEQ scores of the electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis combined with traditional tinnitus acupoint selection group were significantly decreased, and the clinical symptom improvement effect was better;2.The VA(VM)and BA(VM)of the affected side were significantly increased and the degree of tinnitus was decreased in the electroacupuncture group of cervical spondylosis combined with traditional tinnitus acupoint selection;3.The effective rate of electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis combined with traditional tinnitus acupoint selection group was higher than that of the control group,so the curative effect of the observation group was better.
