Object:To observe the difference of curative effect between cupping combined with electroacupuncture and simple electroacupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and to explore the clinical effect of walking cans combined with electroacupuncture on cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and to promote the treatment of cervical cervical spondylosis with canister combined with electroacupuncture.Clinical application and provide theoretical basis to provide a practical treatment for improving the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylosis.Methods:70 patients with cervical spondylosis who were eligible for inclusion in the standard were randomly divided into the canister combined with electroacupuncture treatment group and the simple electroacupuncture treatment group. The two groups were each treated with a canister combined with electroacupuncture. The can therapy was performed once a day for 7 times, acupuncture treatment once a day,6 days for a course of treatment, two days of rest during the treatment, and two courses of continuous treatment. The control group was treated with simple electroacupuncture, and the electroacupuncture was performed in the same treatment group. The VAS score,McGill pain inquiry simplified scale, cervical disability function index(NDI),Tanaka Yasuji 20-point method, and quality of life scale(SF-36)were evaluated before, after, and 1 month after treatment. The scores of the indicators and the main outcomes of the patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were statistically analyzed, and the clinical efficacy difference between the two interventions was compared.Results:1.Baseline data of gender, age, height, weight, course of disease,TCM symptom classification, severity of disease, observation index(VAS score,McGill pain inquiry scale,NDI score,NDI grade,Tanaka Jingjiu 20 score)The difference in SF-36 scores was not statistically significant, and the baseline data were balanced and comparable.2.At the end of the first treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the treatment groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);The difference of VAS scores before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01);however,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After treatment, the treatment group was cured in 7 cases.15 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,3 cases were cured in the control group,6 cases were cured,20 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94%in the treatment group, and the total effective rate in the control group was 85%.Statistically significant(P<0.05)4.The difference of VAS scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The McGill summary scores and NDI scores between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the two groups scored There was a decrease before treatment, which indicated that the combination of canister and electroacupuncture could effectively reduce the degree and intensity of pain and improve cervical dysfunction. The scores of Tianzhong Jingjiu 20 points and the SF-36 scores were improved compared with before treatment. The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the combination of the canister and the electroacupuncture can more effectively correct the clinically positive symptoms and improve the quality of life.5.The total score of the McGill pain questionnaire and the scores of each sub-item(VAS,1 month after treatment)The differences between the PPI,PRI and NDI scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the SF-36 scores(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Intensity and pain level of the patient, improves the cervical dysfunction, can make the positive result of the examination negative, and reduces the quality of life caused by cervical cervical spondylosis. The Electroacupuncture combined with canning therapy reduces the paincurative effect is exact and suitable for promotion and application.2.The immediate effect of walking cans combined with electroacupuncture on cervical cervical spondylosis(evaluation of efficacy immediately after first treatment)has no advantage compared with simple electroacupuncture.3.The cumulative effect of the effect of walking cans combined with electroacupuncture on cervical cervical spondylosis(the evaluation of the therapeutic effect after the end of treatment)was significantly better than that of the simple electroacupuncture group.
