Inical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Sponth Electroacupuncture

Objective: In this study,the meridian flow method combined with electroacupuncture was used to observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and syndrome differentiation of phlegm dampness blocking collaterals.The 20 point scale,vas evaluation method and effect score were used as evaluation indexes.It is proved that the meridian flow and Na Zi method is superior in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with phlegm dampness blocking collaterals.Methods: 90 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into three groups: Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi electroacupuncture group,routine electroacupuncture group and Western medicine group.Once a day,10 times a course of treatment,2 days off,2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,20 points scale,vas evaluation method and curative effect were used to determine the curative effect.Spss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the difference of curative effect among the three groups.Results: After treatment,all cases completed the experiment.The total effective rate was 93.3% in Nazi group,83.3% in routine group and 66.7% in western medicine group.The total effective rate of Nazi group was higher than that of routine group and Western medicine group(P< 0.05);the effect of routine group was also better than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).In the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with phlegm dampnessBlocking Collaterals syndrome,the total effective rate of the meridian flow method is more significant.Compared with the scores before and after vas and between the three groups,the differences of VAS scores before and after treatment in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)After treatment,the two groups compared with each other,in terms of improving pain,the Nazi group was better than the conventional group and the Western medicine group(P<0.05);the conventional group was better than the western medicine group(P.After treatment,the symptoms of the three groups were relieved(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the western medicine group,the score of the Nazi group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the score of the routine group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The results showed that the effect of Ziwu ebb and Nazi electroacupuncture on the symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with phlegm dampness Blocking Collaterals syndrome was better than that of non hour electroacupuncture and oral analgesics,and the effect of non hour electroacupuncture was better than that of oral western medicine.Conclusion: Treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with phlegm dampness Blocking Collaterals by Electroacupuncture The effect is better than routine acupuncture and oral analgesics.
