Objective: To study the prevalence of common acne patients and the relationship between Chinese medicine certificate type and dairy intake, with a view to providing guidance for dermatologists and patients in the correct prevention and treatment of acne. Methods: Through questionnaire screening combined with on-site survey method,Changsha city students were selected by simple random sampling method to investigate demographic factors,acne-related behavioral factors, dietary factors, acne disease and Chinese medicine certificate type.Through single-factor analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis, the factors affecting the severity of acne and Chinese medicine certificate type. Results: This study included 569 effective study groups to analyze the factors affecting acne disease, and a single-factor analysis found that people with menstrual patterns had a lower risk of acne(OR:0.41,95% CI:0.0.)18-0.91),acne risk is higher among people with acne in the first/second generation(OR:9.93,95% CI: 6.45-5 15.28);With the increase of BMI,the risk of acne increases(OR>1,P<0.001);in the control group of neutral skin, the risk of acne in oily skin is higher(OR:3.99,95% CI: 1.83-8.71),and the risk of acne in dry and sensitive skin is lower(OR1<,P<0.05);As the frequency of physical activity increases, the risk of acne decreases;regular makeup is also a risk factor for acne compared to people without makeup;and lack of sleep and stay-up habits are also risk factors for acne.Regular consumption of milk or yogurt is a risk factor for acne(OR: 12.29,95% CI:7.57-19.96).People who consumed skimmed milk had the highest risk of acne(OR: 8.77,95% CI: 3.34-32.23)when compared to full-fat milk intake. The intake of cream ice cream increases the risk of acne(OR:2.75,95% CI: 1.88-4.03);3.42-7.82);At the same time, carbonated beverages, sweets, red meat, white meat, spicy foods, fried foods are risk factors for acne, and increased levels of sea products, soybeans, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, and drinking water reduce the risk of acne.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis found that after demographic behavioral factors corrected,it was found that people who drank milk and dairy products ?3 days/week had a 6.39 times higher risk of acne than those who ate low frequency;Risk f actors(a OR: 2.16,95% CI: 1.28-3.66);The dietaryly corrected model found that skimmed milk intake increased the risk of acne(a OR:7.81,95% CI: 2.70-22.54).Increased intake of cream ice cream is a risk factor for acne(a OR: 1.72,95% CI: 1.05-2.82)and milk tea intake is a risk factor for acne(a OR:4.91,95% CI: 2.78-8.67).A single-factor analysis of the Chinese medicine certificate type of acne patients found that sex, age, menstruation, season of severe acne,BMI grouping, whether the first/second gener ation had acne, skin type, usual makeup, daily sleep time, whether to drink milk or yogurt regularly, thick Tea intake frequency and other factors will affect acne patients' Chinese medicine certificate type,in the dairy product intake frequency of different people, acne Chinese medicine certificate type distribution has statistical differences(P-0.01),and dairy product intake type and acne Chinese medicine certificate type distribution there is no statistical difference. Conclusion: 1.The study found a positive correlation between dairy intake and the risk of acne, with people who consumed skimmed milk at the highest risk of acne.2.The frequency of dairy intake affects the distribution of Chinese medicine certificate in acne patients, and the high da iry diet patients mainly have the evidence of wet heat in the spleen and stomach.3.Excessive intake of carbonated beverages, sweets, red meat, irritating foods and fried foods is a risk factor for acne, while increased intake of white meat, fruits and vegetables, seafood and nuts is a protective factor for acne.4.Sun protection, sleep time ?7 hours, drinking water ?1 L,reduced stay-up time and increased exercise time are the protective factors for acne;weight gain, increased use of electronic products, genetic factors and increased makeup are risk factors for acne.5.Paying attention to eating habits is of great significance to prevent and reduce acne.
